Environmental pollution,greenhouse effect and energy shortage caused by longterm over-reliance on traditional fossil energy will seriously hinder the further development of human society.Photovoltaic power generation has the advantages of cleanness,renewability,economy and reliability,and has been developed rapidly in recent years.However,electrical fires caused by arc faults in photovoltaic power generation systems occur from time to time,posing a serious threat to the safe operation of the system and the safety of people's lives and property.The arc fault detection device of photovoltaic power generation system can effectively detect the arc fault and reduce the harm caused by the arc fault.In this context,this paper focuses on the arc fault detection of photovoltaic system.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the DC arc fault of photovoltaic system,the current arc fault detection standards and specifications at home and abroad are analyzed.Relevant experiments and simulations are also discussed.(2)In order to study the characteristics of arc fault in photovoltaic system and its influencing factors,a simulation model of arc fault in photovoltaic system based on Cassie arc model was established,and the time-frequency domain characteristics of arc fault under different temperatures and different light intensities were simulated.The time-frequency domain fault criterion of arc fault is obtained by fast Fourier transform and wavelet transform.(3)Adaptive Local Outlier Factor algorithm is adopted to realize on-line fault arc detection of photovoltaic systems under different temperatures and light intensities by iteratively updating data sets.The test results show that the arc fault in photovoltaic system can be accurately detected by this method.(4)The arc faults of photovoltaic system under different temperatures,different light intensities and SX3190 power supply are simulated.The effectiveness of the detection model in these scenes is verified,and the interference caused by shadow occlusion can be avoided.
