Transponder on-board system is an important component of rail traffic signal equipment,in order to realize the function of transmission safety related information between rail equipment and train.The function of security risk analysis theory to identify the risk at the design stage of the balise onboard system,and evaluation and control of risk identification,the risk control system in the acceptable range,so as to avoid the system failure caused casualties and property losses.This paper takes the N transponder vehicle system as the research object,and studies the related functions,interfaces,operation and support of the transponder on-board system.Firstly,the background of the topic,the theory of risk analysis,the research status of railway safety at home and abroad,and the methods of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control are introduced and explained.Then,the composition,structure and functional requirements of N type transponder vehicle system are analyzed,and the system risk identification and analysis are prepared.In the process of risk identification transponder on vehicle system,the function of system by using the method of identification and FTA method can predict the accident risk identification,analysis of the reasons,failure mode,the working state of the system function and the consequences of failure influence.The interface matrix analysis method is used to identify the risk.HAZOP analysis is used to identify risks for operations and support.The system uses FMECA and FTA to identify the risk.Manage the registration of the identified hazards into the hazard record book.With a lot of uncertain factors in the process of risk assessment,this paper adopts the fuzzy theory to the risk identification results of the risk assessment of uncertainty,through the acquisition of expert scoring data,establishing evaluation object factor set and evaluation set,the results of data acquisition of the experts of the fuzziness and randomness of judgment that risk,the original fault frequency,the original impact severity and risk level of the original,so that the risk assessment result is more scientific and reasonable.To identify the unacceptable and don't want to risk according to the risk control process,from software,hardware and system function so as to formulate measures to relieve the balise onboard system,system will reduce the risk to an acceptable range,so as to eliminate the weak links and safety design of Balise onboard system,finally in the process of design and development of risk mitigation measures were analyzed and summarized.The method of security function risk analysis in this paper is very important for the security of transponder on-board system.
