China’s building energy consumption accounts for a relatively high proportion of the country’s total energy consumption.In order to implement China’s sustainable development strategic goals and achieve sustainable development of the social environment,China is paying more and more attention to building energy consumption.Energy-saving and emissionreduction requirements are constantly changing and improving.The building energy-saving rate requirement is gradually increased from 30% to 65%.At present,75% of building energy-saving standards have been promoted and implemented.In the building,the wall of the external protective structure occupies a large proportion,and the heat loss of the external wall is large.The energy loss of the wall is about 50% of the building energy consumption.Therefore,the application of external thermal insulation technology and energy-saving materials is energysaving building.The main way.Experts and scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of theoretical research and experiments on the external insulation system of external walls,but mainly for the study of the thermal insulation performance of the material itself and the waterproof and fire resistance of the material,and few studies on the seismic safety of the external insulation system Again.When the earthquake comes,the peeling and cracking of the outer thermal insulation finish of the outer wall will not only greatly affect the energy-saving effect of the building,but also cause secondary damage to the person and public facilities.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the seismic performance of the exterior insulation system.In this paper,the pseudo-static test is carried out on the frame of the external insulation system of the external wall of decorative bricks with different thermal insulation materials,to explore the earthquake resistance of the external insulation system of the external wall of the decorative bricks when different thermal insulation materials are pasted and the thermal insulation materials adopt different paste rates safety.The conclusions obtained by the test are as follows:(1)After the frame structure is filled with thermal insulation board outside the wall and pasted with the decorative layer of the brick,under the action of horizontal load,its stress mechanism is completely different from the pure frame structure without the filling wall.The frame is integrated with the infill wall and the external insulation system(including the facing layer of the brick)to work together.Under the action of horizontal load,the member is stressed similar to the structure of the shear wall,and the two columns of the specimen are all pulled or compressed into Restricted end column of shear wall.As the load increases,the infill wall and the external insulation system are separated from the frame beams and columns,the test piece forms a frame structure with diagonal braces,the infill wall and the facing layer together become diagonally compressed rods,and the internal force of the frame beams and columns will also occur Variety.When the load reaches a certain value,the diagonal brace is damaged by compression and fails,and the structural stress system is converted into a frame structure,but the load is greatly reduced.(2)In the shear wall and the force mode with diagonal braces,the frame column will generate a larger tensile force,thereby reducing the shear bearing capacity of the column and beam-column joints,so the frame structure with a filled wall should generate joints Shear damage.(3)The frame-filled wall structure adopts phenolic board,polystyrene board,rock wool board and perlite board as the external wall insulation system and is pasted with a brick facing layer.When the pasting rate is relatively low,it is pasted on the frame beam and column during earthquake action The finish layer will come off.If a phenolic insulation board is used,the strength of the phenolic insulation board is low,so it may fall off even if the adhesion rate is high.Due to the bracing effect,the corners of the filling wall are compressed,and the facing layer should be damaged and fall off.When the phenolic board and polystyrene board insulation materials are used,due to the shear deformation of the filler wall and the insulation board,the tiles attached to the filler wall will fall off.(4)When the insulation material is rock wool board and perlite board,the damage of the decorative layer is relatively light.Except for the decorative bricks affixed to the filled wall,the tiles are not peeled off at the corners of the filled wall.(5)Under the action of seismic load,the infill wall is separated from the frame column,the tie bars are pulled out,and the infill wall may collapse as a whole.(6)Facing bricks and insulation layers with low adhesion rate should be peeled off.It is recommended that the insulation board adhesion rate should not be less than 50%...
