| With the rapid development of China’s infrastructure,the country promotes the "energy-saving and emission-reducing,green and environmentally friendly" building materials policy.FPB light-weight wallboard as a new type of wall material that meets the standards is booming and prosperous.It is a very good alternative to domestic wall innovation product.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop its supporting FPB light wall grouting material.In view of the shortcomings of the special grouting material used at this stage,such as high bleeding rate,large volume shrinkage,poor stability,and lack of ability to fill fine gaps,etc.,this study has prepared a good stability,high fluidity,Micro-expanded FPB light-weight wallboard grout to meet the needs of different projects.The control variable method is used to optimize and adjust the sulfoaluminate cement-common silica cement system to explore the effect of different proportions on the performance of FPB light wall grouting.The optimum content of sulfoaluminate cement was determined to be 15 %,and the mortar ratio of FPB light-weight wallboard grouting slurry was 1.0 and the water-binder ratio was 0.5.Through the comparison of polycarboxylic acid,naphthalene series,and aliphatic water-reducing agents,the results show that the three water-reducing agents can significantly improve the fluidity of FPB light-weight wallboard grout and slightly improve the compressive strength of grout.Comprehensive FPB light wallboard grout required performance indicators and economics,FPB light wallboard grout choose the optimal amount of polycarboxylic acid water reducer 0.12 %.The experiment showed that the ore powder,fly ash and silica fume all contributed the most to the late strength of FPB lightweight wallboard grouting,the fly ash contributed the most to the initial fluidity,and the ore powder contributed the most to the 30 min retention value.Through orthogonal test,it is concluded that the combination of 15% fly ash + 10% ore powder + 5% silica fume has the most significant effect on the strength and fluidity of FPBlight wallboard grouting.Adding 8% gypsum to the system can effectively improve the later expansion of the grout and make the expansion and strength coordinate well.Choose tartaric acid,boric acid,borax,sodium gluconate to study the effects of different retarder combinations and dosages on the performance of FPB light wallboard grouting.The results show that the retarding effect of the four retarders is tartaric acid> boric acid> Borax>sodium gluconate.The effect on the strength in the later period is more moderate,and the order of effect is sodium gluconate> borax> boric acid> tartaric acid.The best combination of retarder is 0.06 % sodium gluconate and 0.06 % tartaric acid,which can effectively improve the various performance indicators of FPB light wall grouting. |
