Because of its low price and strong mechanical properties,reinforced concrete is used in road laying,bridge construction and dam building.However,the application of concrete facilities has some safety problems,such as the icing and corrosion of concrete roads,Bridges,DAMS and other facilities.Based on the lotus leaf phenomenon,many researchers want to make superhydrophobic surfaces to ease the freezing problem of concrete roads,Bridges,DAMS and other facilities.Snowmelt agents are harmful to the environment,damaging concrete structures,polluting river water and drinking water,and polluting the soil in the green belt.Therefore,it is necessary to find a relatively environmentally friendly method that can not only alleviate the road icing problem but also reduce the damage to the environment.In this paper,a kind of super-hydrophobic and environment-friendly anti-freezing coating is prepared by combining low-surface energy substance and hydrotalcite material,which is applied to concrete pavement to alleviate the problem of road icing while reducing the damage to the environment and prolonging the service life of concrete facilities.The environmental protection antifreeze coating in this study is mainly made of RTV and Ca-Al-NO3LDHS.In the preparation process,Ca-Al-NO3LDHS was first prepared by coprecipitates,and its surface was hydrophobic modified by silane coupling agent KH570;Then the RTV,ethyl orthosilicate,bismuth iso-octylic acid,n-hexane and LDHs were coated on the test block with a mixture of 100:5:1:10:20.After the surface solidified,the coating was sprayed with 120 solvent oil.The maximum spray amount of the surface water contact Angle of the coating was selected,and the spray amount was110g/m2.SEM characterization was used to analyze the relationship between spraying amount of 120 solvent oil and exposure amount of modified Ca-Al-NO3LDHS.Through the contact Angle test,the maximum water contact Angle is 151°;The performance test and analysis of the anti-freezing coating were carried out.In the anti-icing performance test,the freezing time of the water on the coating surface was delayed to 43 minutes,and the adhesion between the ice and the concrete test block surface was only 11N at-25℃.In the freezing point test of anti-freezing coatings with different concentrations,the freezing point is the lowest of-9.7℃.The corrosion resistance test is mainly about the anti-freezing performance of concrete and the corrosion rate of carbon steel.The concrete test block coated with anti-freezing coating has no quality loss after 28freeze-thaw cycles.The corrosion rate of carbon steel coated with anti-freezing coating is 0.10mm/a.The durability test of antifreeze coating is evaluated by simulating the rolling of road vehicles.After one month,it still has a contact Angle of 150.2°and the water freezing time can be delayed to 40 minutes,which is of good durability.
