With the official arrival of the worldwide industry 4.0 era,more and more large-scale intelligent modernization plants and new intelligent industrial storage equipment have emerged,making the new intelligent storage equipment of the AGV smart car increasingly popular.However,due to the lagging development of battery-related charging technology,the battery life-based charging capability of the AGV-based electric car has always been a bottleneck that is insurmountable in its development.At the same time,the traditional method of charging by wires will bring many inconveniences and safety hazards.With the continuous advancement of technology,wireless charging technology relies on the wireless electromagnetic transmission of space electromagnetic field conversion technology.The combination of intelligent charging radio system technology and new AGV transportation car charging can not only effectively overcome the current traditional wired charging method itself.There are many technical drawbacks,and it can greatly improve the aesthetics of the equipment and other functional utilities.At the same time,it can effectively save human resource management costs and greatly reduce the cost of equipment management.This topic focuses on the application design of wireless charging technology based on the system topology of the intelligent wireless charging system for AGV cars,the characteristics of electromagnetic coupling resonant high-frequency low-power wireless charging systems,and the factors affecting the high-frequency low-power wireless charging performance.the study.Designed based on magnetic coupling resonance technology as the core,using STM32 single-chip microcomputer chip to generate four complementary PWM signals to drive circuit,drive the full-bridge inverter circuit-based electromagnetic energy conversion mechanism,convert DC power to high-frequency AC power,through the primary coil The magnetic field energy is coupled to the secondary coil,and the load battery is charged after being rectified and regulated.The system hardware platform is constructed by the hardware circuit design of the power supply circuit module,the charging control circuit module,the full-bridge inverter unit module,the detection circuit module,and theelectromagnetic coupling module.Based on the system hardware platform,the software control program is designed for the transmitter and receiver.The system is simulated with MATLAB / Simulink simulation software.The hardware and software of the system are tested on the same platform.The overall hardware performance indicators of the system are tested.After testing and design analysis,a wireless charging system with a transmission distance of5 cm and a transmission efficiency of 82% and a transmission voltage of 55 V was completed.A smart wireless charging system based on digital control was realized.The system has the characteristics of high charging efficiency,high power factor,safety and reliability,etc.,and can provide relevant reference solutions for related wireless charging technology design.
