With the rapid development of e-commerce in China,more and more people choose to buy and sell on the online trading platform,which makes people's requirements for the work efficiency of the logistics industry constantly improve and the relevant links of the logistics industry become more and more intelligent.At present,with the rise of artificial intelligence,the use of robots to replace humans for part of the work has gradually become a research hotspot.In addition,most of the goods in the warehouse rely more on manual picking or driving the stacker to achieve turnover and delivery,labor costs are high,low safety.In this paper,according to the above problems and the specific requirements of the actual work of a three-dimensional warehouse,a small and medium-sized box type automatic picking robot system is designed.The robot and shuttle car work together for picking operation,using Visual Studio 2015 and SQL Server2012 has established a threedimensional warehouse database management system to schedule the picking operations in the warehouse;carried out the research on the path planning of picking operations,established an optimization model aiming at the shortest total path of picking operations,and carried out the simulation experiment in MATLAB according to the specific order calculation example to get the optimal picking path;through Solid Works,the picking machine in the picking system was selected At the same time,the actual working environment model of the picking system is established,and the simulation experiment is carried out to verify the feasibility of the designed picking system.Finally,the control system is designed to simulate the field environment and build a physical platform for experiment.The experimental results show that the automatic picking robot system designed in this paper can pick all the small and medium sized containers in the warehouse,fully meet the requirements of picking operation in the three-dimensional warehouse,and can be effectively applied in the storage system,with strong practical application value.
