With the rapid growth of China’s economy under the new situation,the strong demand for energy demand,the country attaches great importance to the development of renewable energy.Most of the plateau mountains in the southwest of China have good wind resources and broad development space,and the utilization of wind resources under complex terrain is still in the stage of exploration and improvement There are some deficiencies and errors in the evaluation,modeling and layout of local wind resources in the complex terrain of the plateau,which are in the process of gradual verification and summary.For the successful experience of some projects with better investment efficiency in micro site selection and efficiency analysis,it is necessary to carefully analyze and refine the project research results,so as to provide decision-making basis for the design,construction,construction management,production and operation of the same type of wind farms,and provide the basis for the formation of industry design specifications,and produce the promotion and application value.In this paper,through the comprehensive systematic research and experience summary of the micro site selection and efficiency analysis methods of the projects which have been successfully constructed and have good economic efficiency,this paper studies and analyzes the micro site selection and specific factors of plateau area wind turbine,summarizes the excellent experience in the process of micro site selection of complex terrain in plateau mountainous areas,and provides the important key for high-altitude mountain wind farms with similar resources Key design technical reference;by focusing on the difference between the feasibility study results and the actual data results of single point aircraft location,combined with the actual research results,a set of systematic wind turbine efficiency analysis method is formed;through a comprehensive analysis of the causes of large errors in the application of micro site selection theory of plateau area wind resources in regional terrain conditions,the complex terrain of plateau is explored This paper provides valuable experience for plateau area wind power micro site selection to avoid mistakes in the same type of geographical environment and resource assessment.
