The paper takes a caliber smart bullet as the research object,and summarizes the development status of smart bullets at home and abroad.On this basis,the overall scheme of smart bullets using tail stabilizer is proposed.The aerodynamic shape of the smart bullets is selected and simulated by Fluent software and Matlab software.The aerodynamic shape is improved according to the analysis results.A mechanism with simple structure and small size,based on the variable centroid technique,is used to correct the external trajectory by moving the mass slider in the radial plane of the projectile.On the basis of the six-degree-of-freedom rigid body ballistic model,combined with theoretical mechanics and flight dynamics theory,the physical quantity related to mass slider motion is introduced into the six-degree-of-freedom ballistic model,and the ballistic equation applicable to the smart bullet system is derived.Based on the ballistic equation,the angle of attack equation is derived.Using Matlab software,numerical simulation of the angle of attack equation is carried out to analyze the static stability of the smart buttle,the follow-up stability and the resonance of the bullet caused by the rotation of the mass slider around the elastic shaft,and obtain the permission of the mass slider to ensure the stable flight of the intelligent bullet.Numerical simulation of the ballistic equation,under the premise of ensuring the stable flight of the bullet,the controllability and correction ability under the action of the ballistic correction mechanism are analyzed.Combined with the dynamic surface control theory and ballistic theory based on the extended state observer,the flight attitude control model of the intelligent bullet is deduced,and the attitude controller is designed.The numerical simulation using Matlab software verifies that the controller has fast adjustment speed and self-interference immunity and robustness.
