With the continuous improvement of people's requirements for the running speed and safety performance of the elevator,the straightness precision of the elevator guide rail as a guide part of the elevator is getting higher and higher.However,the traditional manual detection and straightening can not meet the technical requirements of high-speed elevator guideway and the requirements of high-efficiency automation production.therefore,it is of great significance to develop a set of high-precision,high-efficiency and fully automated elevator guide rail straightening machine by fully considering the special asymmetry of the cross section of the elevator guide rail and the easy occurrence of elastic deformation.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the measurement basis and error evaluation method of this subject are determined,and the bending deformation characteristic curve of the guide rail is analyzed.Based on the elastoplastic theory,the key techniques such as the elevator guide rail pressure straightening theory are deeply studied.The load-deflection model is established,and the straightening indenter position,initial bending curvature and fulcrum position are further calculated,which provides a theoretical basis for bending straightening.Secondly,according to the overall scheme of the automatic straightening machine,the structure of the detection unit and the straightening unit is designed by using SolidWorks software,and the three-dimensional solid model of the The analysis of the straightening head is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench to verify the rationality of the design.Thirdly,the hydraulic system is used for the straightening driver.According to the design requirements and working condition analysis,the system scheme and schematic diagram are determined,and the hydraulic components are selected.The control system adopts S7-200 to complete hardware selection,circuit design,program writing and debugging.Finally,the installation and debugging of the prototype and the straightening experiment of the guide rail show that the straightening machine has high efficiency and stable operation,satisfied the requirements of pre-production,It improves the level of straightening automation and production efficiency,and enhances the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.
