| With the rapid development of railway transportation,the rail wear is becoming more and more serious,the safe operation of the railway and is threatened directly.The timely inspection and grinding of the rail wear is the main maintenance measure,and the requirements cannot be met by the traditional wear detection method.Therefore,developing a rail wear detection system suitable for automated rail grinding equipment is particularly important.The key techniques of rail wear detection and the corresponding profile generation algorithms are mainly studied in this paper.Based on machine vision technology,a monocular vision laser camera measurement system was designed.The imaging system combined with the CCD industrial camera and structure optical linear laser is used to measure the steel rail,and the steel rail profile is extracted,the camera calibration and image processing software part is designed to realize the image conversion and restoration of the original measurement light band to the single-pixel wide rail profile,and the true rail profile in the world coordinate system is obtained.Based on the acquisition of static measurement profiles,the affine mapping characteristics between the distortion profile and the static profile under the influence of vibration are studied,based on the idea of model registration,a rail wear profile generation algorithm is designed,which the distortion registration of dynamic distortion profile and static measurement profile,the matching measurement of static measurement profile and standard rail profile and the calculation of wear are realized on.The rail wear profile generation software was written in Matlab platform and Visual.C# environment.The effects of vibration on contour measurement were simulated by experiments.the function of the wear detection system was tested and the effectiveness of the profile generation algorithm was verified,the test results show that the system has achieved preliminary functions such as rail profile measurement,dynamic measurement contour distortion registration,wear matching calculation and rail wear profile generation. |
