Accurate measurement of the attitude information of the projectile in flight is very helpful to the structure design of the projectile,the design of the fuze and the research of the simple guidance of the conventional projectile,and can effectively improve the efficiency of the development stage of the projectile.However,for high overload and high rotation projectiles,the traditional inertial measurement components can not meet the system requirements in terms of cost,range and accuracy.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a high-precision attitude measurement system that can adapt to high overload and high rotation projectiles.To solve the above problems,this paper presents an attitude measurement system based on magnetoresistive sensor.In order to further improve the measurement accuracy of the system,the error compensation method of the measurement system is mainly studied.This paper summarizes the application prospect and significance of the missile attitude measurement system,and analyzes the necessity of studying the system.This paper introduces the basic theory of geomagnetic field and the description method of projectile attitude in coordinate system.Completed the measurement system design,hardware,at the various components used in the selection,design and simulation for each hardware module,and also studies the hardware anti-interference methods,software,gives the system's overall design of software framework,in view of the initialization program,modulus conversion program,FIR filter and a zero algorithm and data storage and other key software module design and simulation,the realization of software anti-interference methods;The error source of geomagnetic sensor is analyzed,different error types are modeled,and the temperature deviation error is added into the error model for the first time.Ellipsoidal fitting compensation and least squares compensation are studied and their applications are analyzed.Finally,temperature compensation and least squares compensation are combined to calibrate the system,and the data curves before and after compensation are analyzed.The high-speed turntable test and real-ammunition artillery test are carried out to verify that the system can meet the requirements.
