The protective body is mainly made of ultra-high strength steel with high strength,high hardness and high carbon equivalent,which has poor weldability.So the welding structure of the body is often the weak link in the protection performance of the body.Therefore,the research on the welding structure of the protective body has a significant impact on improving the overall protection ability of the protective vehicle.In this paper,a protective body is taken as the research object.Through the analysis of welded joint performance,welding structure design criteria,welding finite element simulation method,body anti-explosion impact simulation analysis,etc.,researching on protective mechanism of protective body welding structure and corresponding optimization design research.The main research contents of this paper include:Firstly,through the study and analysis of the factors influencing the performance and quality of welded joints,the general design criteria of welded structures are summarized from three aspects: the strength of welded joints,the choice of welding materials and the design of welded structures.Then,based on the model of vehicle bottom structure,several welding simulation methods commonly used in finite element analysis are analyzed and summarized,and a new idea of regional modeling for the whole welding connection of the model is proposed.The feasibility of this method is verified by comparing the test results and simulation results of the platform model of vehicle bottom structure.Then,the finite element model of a protective body is established,including the determination of body material parameters and the establishment of boundary conditions of explosion impact.The welding joint area was divided according to the overall structure performance of the vehicle body.Different welding simulation methods were used in different areas.The finite element simulation of the body was carried out based on the explosion impact condition and the failure reason of the welding structure between the bottom plate and the side coaming of the body was analyzed.Finally,in order to improve the protection ability of the welding structure at the bottom of the protective body,three optimization designs,namely,improving the welding process,lining strengthening plate and bending lap structure,were proposed.The protection ability of the welded structure and the influence of different specification parameters on the protection performance are analyzed.In summary,the research content and research methods of this paper have certain guiding significance in improving the protective ability of welded structure,and provide some reference value for the subsequent research on the protection performance of welding structure of protective vehicle.
