As one of the most important parts of subway vehicle,the wheelset is an important guarantee for the safe and smooth operation of urban rail trains.The wheel wear will increase as the mileage increases in the operation for long time.At the same time,the unreasonable maintenance may shorten the service life of wheelset and lead to degrade of the safety and stability of vehicles.Thus this paper focuses on predicting the service life of wheelset and formulating a reasonable turning standard to extend the life of wheelset and reduce the operating cost during the whole life cycle of wheelset.For the same aim,this paper designs a new wheel profile with dynamic multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm.Firstly,the principle and method of wheelset size detection are described,in this way,we get a large amount field measurement statistics of wheelsets.Data preprocessing,including missing value imputation and outlier detection,should be conduct for the data-driven modeling.Through data preprocessing,the original data needed for data-driven model establishment is obtained.Secondly,based on field measurement data,a data-driven wheelset wear prediction model is established,including the life prediction model based on the flange thickness parameter and the life prediction model based on the wheel diameter parameter.Finally,the model which predicts the whole life cycle of wheelsets will be established.Thirdly,according to the statistical law of historical data,the wheelset turning strategy and the multi-template maintenance strategy are proposed.Based on the two strategies,a hybrid wheel maintenance strategy based on multi-template selection is proposed.Through the comparison of different strategy,the optimization effect of the strategy will be proved.Finally,by analyzing the wheel life cycle low cost using optimization method,a dynamic multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed to design an optimal profile for wheel.Compare with LM standard profile,the wheel with the optimal profile has better safety and stability.At the same time it can reduce the wear of the wheel and reduce the operating cost of the whole life cycle of the wheelset.
