Switched reluctance motor(SRM)has the advantages of low cost,simple structure,wide speed range,excellent speed regulation performance and strong fault tolerance.It is widely applied in electric vehicle driving,aerospace,mining and other fields.With the development of China's industrialization,the requirements for SRM and SRM Driver(SRD)are getting higher and higher.Therefore,the reliable operation and optimal control of the motor driving system require an online monitoring system that can record and display the operating status of the motor system in real time.This article conducts in-depth research from SRM modeling,SRD parameter characteristic analysis,design and implementation of motor monitoring system.The main contents are as follows:Establishing an accurate SRM mathematical model and obtaining its operating characteristics are the basis for studying SRM monitoring system.In this paper,the magnetic circuit model and finite element model of the SRM are established by ANSYS software.The differences of the motor flux characteristics obtained by using different modeling methods and motor models with different structures are compared in detail,and finally the accurate motor electromagnetic characteristics are obtained.On this basis,a mathematical model of the motor phase winding inductance based on the Fourier series is established in this paper.The accuracy of this method is improved,which makes it possible to accurately analyze the operating characteristics of SRD variables.SRM monitoring system needs to collect many parameters.The amplitude-frequency characteristics of these parameters are not the same.The amplitude-frequency characteristics of the same variable under different control methods are also different.SRM usually uses different control methods at different speeds to achieve optimal control.Therefore,the operating characteristics of SRM need to be analyzed in order to design the monitoring system.In this paper,SRD models using different methods are established,and simulation waveforms of SRD bus current,bus voltage,phase current,speed,and torque are obtained.Based on the Fourier transform,spectrum analysis was performed on each variable.The difference between the amplitude-frequency characteristics of different SRD variables and the same variable under different control modes was analyzed and compared in detail.It was proposed that the SRD variables need to be analyzed according to different control methods.A table of the amplitude and frequency characteristics of the motor parameters are provided,which lays the foundation for the design and implementation of the monitoring scheme.This article proposes a remote distributed monitoring system that can flexibly change the data transmission mode for SRM.By applying a single-chip network protocol chip to the SRM monitoring system,the functions of access the internet independently and collecting multiple motor data remotely are realized,so that the lower computers have enough resources to implement more complex digital filtering method.The differences between the filters designed with different window functions and their filtering effects are compared and analyzed in detail.The possibility of digital filtering using Digital Signal Processor(DSP)is discussed.A solution for DSP to implement targeted filtering by replacing the filtering array is given.This solution is highly practical,and can effectively avoid distortion of the waveforms of the collected motor variables,and ensure that the data detected by the monitoring system is true and accurate.Finally,the designed system was built,and the feasibility of the system was verified through comparative experiments.The experiment proves that the system has high accuracy,good real-time performance and strong practicability.It can adjust the way of data transmission of the system according to different working environments without increasing the cost and changing the basic structure.The impact on the system has greatly increased the scope of application of the monitoring system.
