| On the high-voltage transmission lines and substations of power system,corona dischange not only causes a large amount of energy loss,but also hides unknown safety hazards.The detection of corona discharge is an effective way to avoid more losses.The ultraviolet band spectrum of corona discharge is mainly concentrated in the range of 300 to 400 nm,and some are in the range of 240 to 280 nm,which is a solar-blind UV band spectrum.The position of the corona discharge spot is located in UV image.As the corona discharge continues,infrared radiation gradually increases,so infrared imaging can aid detection.The infrared-UV dual-band image fusion camera can work at all-weather and all-day/night condition.In the thesis,an image fusion camera is developed for the uncooled IRFPA RTD611 and wide dynamic CMOS camera NSC1105,and the counting method of the photon received by the ultraviolet channel is simulated.Firstly,the hardware circuits of solar-blind UV and uncooled infrared image fusion camera for corona diachange detecting is developed.Chips selection,schematic and PCB design is implemented.The hardware circuit of the infrared channel is mainly composed of an interface circuit board,a signal acquisition board,a signal processing board and an output display board.Secondly,the method to drive the domestic uncooled IRFPA RTD611 is studied,including the configuration of RTD611,the writing and reading operation of DDAC data in FLASH,controlling the TEC and displaying the images by PAL.Enhancing images by histogram equalization and reducing non-uniformity by one point are implmented.Then,the fusion of the solar-blind UV image and the uncooled infrared image is studied.The registration of the solarblind UV image and uncooled infrared image is implemented by shifting the UV image.And the fusion is realized through weighted average for the features of solar-blind UV image are not obvious,and the details of the infrared image are not clear.Finally,in order to quantify the raditon intensity of the UV channel,the photon counting algorithm based on connected domain labeling and the algorithm based on local extremum are simulated.The effects of NSC1105 output frame rate and UV MCP-PMT gain on two photon counting algorithms are studied through the control variable method. |
