J. Research On Financial Cost Management Of Construction Enterprises

Under the development trend of new urban and rural planning and construction,the demand for the construction industry increases,and construction enterprises also get rapid development.The emergence of many new construction enterprises intensifies the market competition.A new type of construction enterprises and some small,for their own development time is shorter,corporate internal factors such as the imperfection of the system construction,is unable to get advantage in the competition,especially some small and medium-sized construction enterprises,both economic strength and internal management system were obvious deficiencies,unable to provide competitive advantage,and the financial cost management is the important factors influencing the enterprise competition.With the introduction of the concept of financial cost management,it has gradually become a topic for construction enterprises,scholars and relevant researchers to explore.It is found that for an enterprise,financial cost management is not only related to the competition in the market,but also affects the survival of the enterprise.For construction enterprises,their financial cost management is more complex and more critical.Therefore,it is of great significance and function to strengthen the research on the financial cost management of construction enterprises.Based on the corresponding cost management theory,this paper selects the J construction enterprise as the research object,analyzes the present situation of the financial cost management of the construction enterprise,and analyzes the causes of the problems in the financial cost management.Based on the experience and reference of financial cost management,this paper puts forward feasible financial cost management countermeasures,such as establishing full-staff cost management network,dynamic whole-process cost management system and perfecting cost management guarantee system.
