| The main objective of this study was to have a knowledge about the relationship between the gills breathing capacity and the living environment of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei.This article studied Euchiloglanis kishinouyei in oxygen consumption rate,survival time of out of water,morphology of gill tissue and blood components.The results were as follows:The consume oxygen ratio of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei decreased along with weight increasing,and varied in day and night.Within a range of 14.35±0.71℃ of water temparatuer,the fish were classified by weight into three groups:5.05±0.22g,13.97±0.74g,24.18±3.34g,with their consume oxygen ratio 0.1770,0.1336,0.1145 mg/(h-g),respectively.And the fish within a range of 5.05±0.22g in weight,their asphyxiant point was 1.932±0.085mg/L in oxygen consume.The consume oxygen ratio of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei decreased along with weight increasing,and varied in day and night.Within a range of 14.35±0.71℃ of water temparatuer,the fish were classified by weight into three groups:5.05±0.22g,13.97±0.74g,24.18±3.34g,with their consume oxygen ratio 0.1770,0.1336,0.1145 mg/(h·g),respectively.And the fish within a range of 5.05±0.22g in weight,their asphyxiant point was 1.932±0.085mg/L in oxygen consume.Like most other fish,the gill of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei constitutes of gill arch,gill raker,gill filament,branch leaf.While Euchiloglanis kishinouyei had apparent degraded,such as the gap between two gills filament bigger,branch leaf thicker,and entire length of gill shorter.With the increase of body weight,there could be an increase like the total number of gill filament,average length of gill filament,average size of a single branch leaf and total breathing area,et al,while be a decrease like the number of branch leaf in unit length and relative breathing area.The amount of the total protein,cholesterol,triglycerides,glucose,hemoglobin,,red blood cell,white blood cell,length-diameter of red blood cell,and short diameter of red blood cell were 47.7 g/L,13.00mmol/L,5.10mmol,2.32mmol/L,119.00g/L,1.58×1012/L,88.21×109/L,12.73±0.89μm,9.64±0.74μm,respectively.Among them,the amount of glucose was below the population average,and the size of red blood cell bigger.And it might relate to the low temperature of the living environment of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei. |
