| Rice(Oryza sativa L.)is the most important food crop of the world’s people,the same for Chinese is also one of the most important food crops.Rice tiller angle control,the establishment of the ideal plant type of rice,rice breeding has a positive impact,while positioning tiller angle gene was cloned next to lay a certain foundation.The main results are as follows:Use of wild-type bundles type plants L93(L93)and JSN(JSN)that mutant extremely scattered tillers plants reciprocal crosses,the F1 generation are upright phenotype,consistent with the wild-type phenotype,thus determining the casual tiller traits controlled recessive gene.Use of very loose mutant plants JSN crossed with compact plants ZS 97(ZS97)to constructive F2 and F3 generation groups for gene mapping.In F2 populations,the proportion of the number of compact plants with scattered plants tiller number was61:9.Select evenly distributed 16-17 SSR primers from each chromosome in rice,200pairs of SSR primers were selected totally from 12 chromosomes in rice.Analysis that polymorphism of genome between L94 and ZS97,98 pairs of polymorphic primers were selected,polymorphic ratio was 49%.Gravimetric analysis of the seedlings that from wild-type and mutant plants,put in the 1/2MS medium with the impact of hormone IAA and GA3.The results display that both wild-type and mutant plants can properly absorb exogenous hormone,however,the mutant plants showed no sensitivity to the action of gravity.It indicates that because of the gene mutation,the seedlings of mutants lose the ability of sense the gravity.Analysis of the polymorphic SSR primer,the results display that the tiller angle gene qLTA11 was located in the eleventh chromosome,between SSR primers RM26490 and RM26495,physical distance is 59Kb,contains four predicted gene,there is a prediction gene similarity with the transcription factor. |
