Research On The Socialist Transformation Of Coastal Fisheries In New China

In the broad sense,fishery is one of the important components of agriculture as the foundation of national economy.Especially in China,as a country with many water areas and more developed water system,fishery research has become an important area of the development of national economy and territorial sea defense.After the founding of the country,our country ' s fishery has developed rapidly,especially the three major reconstruction and the final determination of the socialist system.At the same time,the fishery economy is transformed into an indispensable part under the socialist economic system.At the same time,the fishery economy is an integral part of the modern fishery economy.By means of typical demonstration,the reform follows the inevitable law of historical development and guides the transformation from private ownership of fishery production materials to public ownership of fishery production materials.The transformation of fishery socialism follows the general law of agricultural transformation.That is to say,the transformation from the fishery production mutual-aid group to the fishery primary cooperative and then to the fishery advanced cooperative has realized the transformation of the means of fishery production from private to public.The fishery economic organization has experienced the whole process from the embryonic period of socialism to the period of semi-socialist nature and then to the socialist nature period.This article through the historical literature review,collates,analyzes the massive historical data,takes the historical time as the clue,from Marx,Engels' theory of transitional period,Lenin's theory of transitional period,Mao Zedong's theory of transitional period,and the theory of social transition period,This paper provides a theoretical basis for the fishery transformation in China,and summarizes the experience and enlightenment of the socialist transformation of fishery by comparing the recovery and development of the fishery before and after the founding of the people's Republic of China.
