Located in the western part of Liaoning Province,Chaoyang City is one of the ten drought-stricken areas with extremely poor water resources.However,it is also a part of the rivers.Chaoyang aquatic products business has gradually developed since 1956,by 2017,the city's various types of aquaculture waters an area of a total of 8 733.3 hm~2,the main breeding methods for large surface aquaculture,followed by pond farming,and semi-intensive small and medium-sized water surface.In recent years,the development of fishery in Chaoyang City has made great progress gradually.However,there are still many problems in the process of development and some obstacles to the development of fishery in Chaoyang City.Based on the field investigation and interview,as well as access to relevant documents and materials,this paper elaborates the current situation of fishery development in Chaoyang,analyzes the existing problems of fishery development in Chaoyang,and points out the prospects and countermeasures of fishery development in Chaoyang.The completion of this article provides a theoretical reference for the future adjustment of the structure of fishery industry in Chaoyang,expanding reproduction and developing high-quality and efficient aquaculture.It will provide reasonable suggestions for promoting the rejuvenation of science and technology in fishery in Chaoyang City and strengthening the construction of fishery infrastructure.At the same time,the completion of this paper has a very far-reaching impact on the development of freshwater fisheries in Chaoyang City and will inject new vitality into the fishery economic development in Chaoyang City.
