In this study, high throughput sequencing technology was used for the first time to sequence and analyze the transcriptional group of juvenile rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea under different temperature conditions, and the gene functional annotations were carried out in seven databases. The differential expression of gene of juvenile rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea was investigated under three conditions of high temperature, optimum temperature and low temperature, and the biological process, cell composition and molecular function were analyzed.Based on the above studies,we have preliminarily identified the genes and pathways associated with the temperature stress of rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea, which is the first transcriptional analysis related to temperature stress in the rock scallop Crassadoma gigante. However, the study on temperature stress and domestication of rock scallop Crassadoma gigante needs more data support. And a more detailed and precise study of the specific functions of genes closely related to temperature stress. The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.Illumina sequencing platform for transcriptome sequencing of three temperature groups of juvenile rock scallop Crassadoma gigante, and obtained about 400 million clean reads, with a total data volume of 53.58 G.A total of over 38 UniGene were obtained after splicing with Trinity, and 28.7% of the genes were annotated through comparison with 7 databases. There were 850 differentially expressed genes in the high temperature group and the normal temperature group, while 2250 genes were differentially expressed in the low temperature group and the normal temperature group.2.Through GO and KEGG analysis of differential genes,we know that protein processing, antigen processing and expression in the endoplasmic reticulum, thyroid hormone synthesis,NOD like receptor signaling pathway and estrogen signaling pathway are affected greatly under high temperature conditions;ribosome synthesis,ABC transshipment egg white, caffeine metabolism, and peanut four enoic acid metabolism The activity of peroxidase was greatly affected under low temperature. The biological processes such as metal ion homeostasis, iron ion balance, biological adhesion, hydrolase activity, purine nucleotide synthesis,ATP synthesis are also greatly affected by temperature.
