How to change the important parameters of asexual(parthenogenetic)reproduction and sexual reproduction of Tetranychus cinnabarinus under the condition of rising air temperature is of significance for predicting the population change trend and the risk of occurrence of the pest during the climate warming. How different host plants affect the adaptability of the insect reproductive strategy will provide us with a new idea for pest control in the field. In this experiment, different treatments of high temperature and low temperature were set up in the artificial climate box.The hatching rate, survival rate and period of each stage were observed from single female adult mites spawning to the emergence of the next generation of adult mites. The multiplication rate of adult mites and male mites were calculated and compared. The hatching rate, survival rate, female ratio and the duration of each stage were also observed from the oviposition of adult mites(pairing)to the emergence of the next generation of adult mites. The multiplication rate of female mites was calculated and compared with that of diurnal female mites. In addition, the population dynamics of Tetranychus cinnabarinus on soybean and cucumber were compared including stage survival rate. The results showed that the characteristics of parthenogenesis under low temperature and high temperature were as follows: 1)the number of oviposition per day was similar, the duration of oviposition was longer at low temperature, the number of days of oviposition was more under low temperature, and the total amount of oviposition of single female was more under low temperature; The hatching period of development period is longer, while that of juvenile mites,if the period of mites is the same, the mortality is higher at low temperature.2)at low temperature,11 males per female reproduction generation(parthenogenesis)takes 23.21 days(including preoviposition, egg stage, juvenile mites). If mite period and oviposition period),under high temperature,9.1 males per female generation, need 18.74 days.3)compare the daily multiplication rate, then the index at low temperature is 0.474,high.The temperature index is 0.486.In addition, sexual reproduction 1)under low temperature,21.9 eggs per female, hatching rate 75,the newly hatched mites are 16.4.the survival rate of juvenile mites is 97.2cm,the number of survival is 15.9.the survival rate of first-instar mites is 91.7 and the number of survival is 14.6.The survival rate of the second instar mites was 100 and the number of adult mites was 14.6;the female ratio of hypothermia was 71.4 and the intergenerational female mites multiplication rate was 10.4,which took 22.95 days, and the female multiplication rate was 0.453 days.2)high temperature reproduction rate: 15.6 eggs, hatching rate 75,newly hatched mites 11.7.Juvenile mites survival rate 92.2,survival number 10.8,first instar mites survival rate 90.2,survival number 9.7.The survival rate of second instar mites was 96.1,the number of adult mites was 9.4,the female ratio of high temperature was 85.4,the reproductive rate of female mites was 8.0,the time of female mites was 17.68 days, the rate of female proliferation was 0.452.Finally,different host plant experiments showed that the population dynamics of Tetranychus cinnabarinus were similar in the two crops, and parthenogenesis was 1/3 of sexual reproduction in soybean and cucumber in the early stage of oviposition. The amount of parthenogenesis on soybean was higher than that of the other three, while the peak period of oviposition on soybean was long and the other three were similar and short. The hatching rate of eggs was similar, only parthenogenesis in cucumber was slightly higher than that in sexual reproduction, and the ratio of female to male was about 1.5 in parthenogenesis and 0.5 in sexual reproduction in both crops. Conclusion: first of all,the "daily multiplication rate" of parthenogenesis under low temperature and high temperature is similar, that is to say,the population(asexual reproduction mode)of Tetranychus cinnabinae is very stable when the temperature rises, and the risk of disaster is still high.In addition, the multiplication rate of female mites was similar under low temperature and high temperature, that is to say,the population(sexual reproduction mode)of Tetranychus cinnabarinus was stable when the temperature increased, and the risk of disaster was still relatively high. Finally,Tetranychus cinnabarinus is dominant in all reproductive indices of parthenogenesis on soybean, with short early oviposition, high spawning quantity, high survival rate in subsequent stages and high male and female ratio of adult insects, which indicates that Tetranychus cinnabarinae is easier on soybean. The mechanism lies in the obvious superiority of parthenogenesis strategy of Tetranychus cinnabarinus in soybean.
