In order to explore the effects of different plant growth regulator seed dressing and foliar spraying on maize growth and yield,it provides a theoretical and scientific basis for the promotion and practical application of plant growth regulators in corn cultivation.This test was conducted in 20182019 at the Heshan Farm Test Base of the Heilongjiang Provincial Administration of Sansan,using Demeiya No.1 as the test material for seed dressing and foliar spray of sodium alginate oligosaccharide(AOS),B2,coronatine(COR)and anti-photolysis S-ABA(ABA)treatment.Mainly study the effects of different plant growth regulator seed dressing and foliar spray on the main agronomic traits,mechanical properties of stalks,photosynthetic fluorescence characteristics,key indicators of sugar metabolism,etc.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The AOS seed dressing treatment increased the plant height,stem thickness,leaf area,above-ground bioaccumulation and underground bioaccumulation at the seedling stage,and improved the root-to-root ratio.The seed dressing treatment of B2,COR and ABA significantly increased the stem thickness at seedling stage.B2 seed dressing treatment significantly promoted the above-ground bioaccumulation and underground bioaccumulation at the seedling stage,and improved the root-to-root ratio.2.B2,COR and ABA seed dressing treatment significantly reduced the plant height,ear height,center of gravity height and flattening rate during the silking stage,increased the stalk cross-sectional area,and increased the stalk field lodging thrust.Foliar spraying with COR treatment significantly reduced plant height,ear height,center of gravity and stem flattening rate during the silking stage,and increased the stem cross-sectional area.Foliar spraying with B2 treatment significantly improved the stalk transverse folding strength and puncture strength.Foliar spraying of B2,COR and ABA treatments significantly increased the lodging thrust in the stalk field.3.B2 and ABA seed dressing treatments increased the chlorophyll content of the leaves to varying degrees in multiple measurement periods.The COR seed dressing treatment significantly increased the leaf net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate at the beginning of grain filling,and increased Y(Ⅱ),ETR,Fv/Fm,Fm/Fo,Fv/Fo values.In multiple measurement periods,the sucrose content of B2 and COR seed dressing treatment,the soluble sugar content and starch content of B2 seed dressing treatment were significantly higher than that of CK.ABA and AOS seed dressing treatment significantly increased the total amylase activity of leaves.AOS and COR seed dressing treatment significantly improved invertase activity.In multiple measurement periods,foliar spraying with B2 treatment increased the chlorophyll content of the leaves to varying degrees.Foliar COR treatment significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of the leaves at the beginning of grain filling,and increased the Y(Ⅱ),ETR,Fv/Fm,Fm/Fo,Fv/Fo values.In multiple measurement periods,the sucrose content,soluble sugar content,starch content and total amylase activity of foliar spraying B2 and ABA treatment were significantly higher than CK.Foliar spraying with AOS and COR treatments significantly increased the invertase activity.4.The treatment of various regulators can increase the ear length,the number of ear rows,the number of grains and the weight of 100 kernels to different degrees,reduce the length of bald tips,and increase the yield of corn.The seed dressing treatments of AOS,B2,COR and ABA increased yields by 4.79%,12.38%,14.79%and 13.38%respectively compared with CK.Among them,the effect of COR seed dressing treatment is better,and the economic benefit of COR seed dressing treatment is 1341.72 yuan·hm-22 higher than that of CK.Foliar spraying AOS,B2,COR and ABA treatments increased production by 5.46%,15.02%,13.15%and 13.74%,respectively,compared with CK.Among them,the effect of foliar spraying B2 treatment on yield increase is better,and the economic benefit of foliar spraying B2 treatment is higher than that of CK by 1319.01 yuan·hm-2.In summary,the COR seed dressing and foliar spraying B2 treatments have a better control effect on corn growth and yield,and the yield of foliar spraying treatment is better than the seed dressing treatment.
