China is the first country in the world to plant,make and drink tea.The Chinese tea culture formed by tea has been developing for thousands of years and has become an important part of Chinese traditional culture.Chinese tea industry is gradually characterized by large-scale and intensive cultivation.To promote the application of Agricultural Internet of things technology in ecological tea garden,planting and producing high-quality tea is an important means and effective way to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,promote the transformation of new and old driving forces and accelerate the structural reform of agricultural supply side.At present,there are still some problems in the application of Agricultural Internet of things technology in China,such as poor infrastructure,low real-time acquisition accuracy,low integration maturity,and large-scale application difficulty,which directly limits the transformation from traditional tea garden to modern tea garden.In this context,this paper mainly studies from the following aspects,forming a set of high standard modern tea garden Internet of things system that integrates software and hardware,which can improve the comprehensive management capacity of tea garden,and strengthen the degree of tea industrialization in China.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of Agricultural Internet of things technology in China.On the basis of the existing problems,combined with the overall needs of the construction of high-standard intelligent tea garden,the overall scheme of the intelligent tea garden management system based on the Internet of things technology is formulated.The management system is divided into three parts: perception executive layer,transmission layer and application layer,and the specific work-flow of the system is introduced.Then,the overall framework of the hardware design is determined,and the selection of sensors,the intelligent machine that can integrate water,fertilizer and medicine,micro controllers for the management system is completed,which lays the foundation for the whole system.Secondly,the paper carried out the software design of the system,and developed the intelligent tea garden cloud management platform based on the Spring Cloud.The whole platform is divided into five sub-platforms: tea growth environment monitoring platform,video monitoring platform,water,fertilizer and medicine integrated control platform,tea quality trace ability platform,and tea growth process integrated management platform.Each platform is independent of each other and calls each other for cooperation,which provides technical support for the precise control and management of smart tea garden.Then,the improvement strategy of the system is put forward:multi-sensor data fusion technology is adopted,which is improved on the basis of adaptiveweighted fusion algorithm.The number of sensors is increased through iterative simulation,which minimized the impact of external noise on data acquisition process,and the problem of low accuracy of tea garden environmental information acquisition is solved.Using the optimized AlexNet neural network as the basic structure,firstly,the paper optimize the image samples of diseases and insect pests,then the preprocessed image is input into the model for training and testing,which provides the theoretical basis for the realization of the image recognition function of diseases and insect pests of the video monitoring sub platform.Finally,combined with the actual needs of intelligent tea garden management,the test environment of the system is built.There are three main problems: the accuracy of environmental information,the image recognition accuracy of diseases and insect pests,and the normal operation of the intelligent tea garden cloud management platform,and carry on the experiment and simulation test to the system.The experimental results show that the improved adaptive weighted fusion algorithm model reduces the total variance of the system by 22%,and effectively improves the collection of environmental parameters of the tea garden.The average recognition accuracy of the pest image recognition algorithm can reach 88.1%,which reduces the memory requirement and running time to a certain extent.Each module of the cloud management platform of smart tea garden runs stably and can meet the needs of users.Therefore,the design of intelligent tea garden management system based on Internet of things technology is reasonable,which can effectively improve the management efficiency of tea garden,and has certain extensibility.
