| Peanut is an important food crop in China and has rich nutritional value.However,during the drying and transportation of peanuts,there are often impurities mixed in,especially the mildew occurring during storage,which will greatly reduce the grade and quality of peanuts,and even endanger people’s life and health when they are serious,so peanuts cleaning and removal of mildew ones must be carried out before they have been eaten.At present,it is difficult to distinguish mildew granules from normal grains by traditional methods,and the color separation technology has its unique advantages.The color sorters can screen them according to the optical information of peanuts,which can efficiently distinguish mildew granules from normal grains.However,to some extent,the design quality of the roller of the color sorter limits the improvement of the effect of color separation,and the stability of the roller of the color sorter determines the consistency of the track when the peanut falls in the process of sorting.Its service life also affects the output of the coloring machine and the service life of the whole machine.At present,the design quality of roller of color sorter is not uniform,and there is not a set of effective performance test method.In view of this situation,the main work of this paper is as follows: 1)investigate the development status and characteristics of different brands of color sorters and their rollers at home and abroad,and analyze the shortcomings of their design methods.At present,the roller of color sorter in our country mainly depends on the experience to design,stay in the preliminary stage.2)the work during the design stage includes:select the material of the roller according to the actual working condition.Select roller design parameters,introduce the dynamic balance correction method,parametric modeling and finite element modal analysis.3)the work during performance test includes: manufacture the engineering sample,dynamic balance test for different design parameters of color separator roller on the balance machine,test of peanut finished product defect rate and service life test for roller of color sorter with different design parameters on testing Machine,analyse the test data.In this paper,a detailed finite element analysis and reliable experimental verification of the roller of peanut color selector with different design parameters are carried out,which provides detailed and accurate data and data,which is worthy of affirming theoretical significance and certain economic value. |
