| Since 2011 to date,the "Plan" implementation time has been six years,more than half the time coming from the "Plan" put forward in the field of population and health "common disease prevention and treatment of urban and rural communitie," the priority theme,the departments of national,industry to develop technology planning action which you can see the various departments,industry actively implement the "Plan","common disease prevention and treatment of urban and rural communities," the priority themes.However,the study did not analyze for the prevention and treatment of common illnesses research into the situation,but did not study medicine research investment analysis.Objective:To explore the meaning of common illnesses;understanding of common illnesses medicine research policies and investment conditions;explore common disease problems of traditional Chinese medicine research and development investments.Methods:A literature study to understand common disease prevention technology support policies,as well as prevention and treatment of common illnesses TCM technology support policy,science and technology policy support of Chinese medicine;investment in research and analysis to understand the most common illnesses,common illnesses medicine research investment case study analysis;combing the literature common disease disease.Data analysis was performed using analysis of input intensity,direction,structure.Research:the most common illnesses connotation research;analysis of the situation during the period 2006-2011,the most common illnesses in general medicine research investment,the investment structure,investment direction,into various diseasesResults:154 kinds of documents obtained Institute has 96 kinds of common illnesses included in the scope of this study to define common illnesses,the proportion of 62.34%;period 2006-2011,country,industry science and technology plans in the "urban and rural communities prevention and treatment of common illnesses," the priority thematic areas to invest a total of 5.949 billion yuan,of which investment is 544 million yuan of Chinese medicine research,9.15%of the total investment;just four technology investment plans medicine,namely the National Natural Science Foundation of representing 46.13%,the Chinese industry research and special accounts for 23.03 percent,the National Science and Technology support Program accounted 18.31%,accounting for special national and international cooperation in science and technology 12.53%.Capital investment over five million,100-5000000,0-1000000,the number of disease-free capital investment were 18,18,11,28;investment of less than 500 million illnesses,projects are funded amounted to 400,000 yuan,the number of projects funded over 10,5-10,0-5 number of diseases were 2,11,16.Conclusions and recommendations:common multiple disease research is far less than Western medicine research investment research investment;into missing 863,973 and other major IT projects;investment efforts more dispersed,most diseases have less capital investment projects;due different programs for priority diseases,and therefore rarely a specific disease,forming the basis of theoretical exploration-an important foundation for theoretical breakthrough-the high-tech support-key technologies-practical,applicable technologies,product development,promotion and application of the innovation chain.The official document suggested the introduction of urban and rural communities to define the scope of the major diseases of common illnesses,for the plan of action to determine a consistent direction.Further manage the limited research funds,to avoid fragmentation of capital investment.In the 863,973 other major programs should increase investment in prevention to solve the "urban and rural grassroots common multiple diseases,"allow the Chinese to play a role in grassroots urban and rural communities.Invested in each direction considering to invest,form the basis for the theoretical exploration of disease-an important foundation for theoretical breakthrough-the high-tech support-key technologies-practical,applicable technologies,product development,promotion and application of the innovation chain. |
