The Effect Of Taohong Siwu Decoction On Delta-like4 Expression And Angiogenesis In Rat Vascular Anastomosis Model

Objective:To observe the effect of Taohong Siwu Tang on ligand Delta4 and angiogenesis in rat model of vascular anastomosis.Methods:40 SPS rats(3 month old)were randomly divided into Taohong Siwu Tang group,normal saline group,sham operation group and blank control group,10 rats in each group.The vascular anastomosis was performed in the Taohong Siwu Tang group and the normal saline group,In the sham operation group,incisions were performed only in the corresponding areas,No vascular anastomosis was performed.Taohong Siwu Tang group and normal saline group were treated with Taohong Siwu Tang and normal saline after intragastric administration.At the beginning of drug intervention,5 animals were randomly selected from each group at 2 and 5D,After death,the tail of the anastomosis area was cut into 2 parts,Make paraffin sections,1 were used to detect the expression of Delta-like 4 protein in the anastomotic area,1 slices of HE were used to measure the intimal area of the vessel.Results:Compared with normal saline group,sham operation group and blank control group,Taohong Siwu Tang,Up regulation of Delta-like4 expression in rat vascular anastomosis model,increased vascular intimal area,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Taohong Siwu can increase the expression of Delta4 in rat vascular anastomosis model and promote angiogenesis.2.After blood vessel anastomosis,peach red Siwu Decoction can accelerate intimal hyperplasia and promote angiogenesis.
