Professor Chen Dashun's "harmony And Law" Academic Thought Inheritance And Clinical Experience Summary

Objective: to systematically reorganize and summarize professor Chen Da-shun’s views and applications on harmonization method,and sublime it into academic thinking and clinical experience,so as to facilitate inheritance and promotion.Methods:(1)literature research method: selected classics which reflect the "harmonization method",Meng River medical school monographs or related documents,and the materials wrote or recognized by Professor Chen,then collected,identified,organized and compiled them to the basic research material for the whole research work.(2)theoretical commentary method: by using the methods of categorization analysis,induction and deduction,traditional interpretation and correlation contrast,according to the relevant standards and norms,we have condensed and contrasted those materials.(3)following the teacher: following Professor Chen’s clinical study,record his thought sparkle at any time,and listen to the explanation and ask for advice in time.Results:(1)The method of treating clinical thinking with harmonization method is the result of Confucian neutralization through the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the health of traditional Chinese Medicine.(2)Based on the shortcomings of current theoretical construction,this paper use the generalized-narrow sense analysis method to explore the logical relationship between harmonization method,which is helpful for the clinical application accurately.(3)Harmonization method be very flexible and extensive,this paper summarizes twelve laws for it,such as treatment before disease、 appropriate treatment、 same method using to treat different diseases、treating both body and mind、combined treatment and so on.(4)The value of "harmonization method" is how to determine the optimal treatment plan.(5)The application of harmonization method should follow individual,systematic integration and health economics principles.(6)Professor Chen as one of the descendants of the Meng River medical school,advocates prescribing mild and soft,aspiring bland,stability,efficiency,coordination of activities of Qi,and mutual supplementing of Yin-Yang.Conclusion:(1)Professor Chen integrated and recreating TCM classics,theories and famous doctors’ experience,adhering to the harmonization method of Meng River medical school,forming the academic thought of "harmonization method".(2)Harmonization method is propitious to dispose both combination of Chinese and Western clinical treatment on chronic disease,senile disease,psychosomatic diseases,critical illness and some clinical problems of health care,doctor-patient relationship and health economics.
