Observation Of The Effect Of Eccentric Training And PNF Stretching Training Quadriceps On Patellar Tendinopathy

Objective:To treat patellar tendon terminal disease by centrifugal training and PNF stretching training,the effect of two treatment methods was compared.Method:In October 2017-2018 months,1 cases of 40 patients with patellar tendon terminal disease were treated in the outpatient department of Orthopedic Hospital of Sichuan province,randomly divided into centrifugal training group and PNF stretching training group for four weeks of intervention,compared to the training before and after Visa index,VAS score,Knee Extension knee Unit peak torque and improved the knee angle under Thomas' s test.Results:1,after the intervention 4 weeks,the visa index of the centrifuge training group was significantly higher than the PNF tensile group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the VAS score of the centrifuge training group was significantly lower than that in PNF stretching group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.Comparison of different time points in the group,the Visa Index Visa index after 4 weeks of intervention was significantly higher than before and 1 weeks after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the VAS score after 4 weeks was significantly lower than that of intervention and 1 weeks after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),3,After 4 weeks of intervention,the extensor moment of the centrifuge training group was significantly greater than that of PNF stretching group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4,in order to improve the knee angle under Thomas Test before and after the intervention of the comparison,after intervention group,intervention after 4 weeks,the PNF stretching group Angle improved,both statistically significant(p<0.05);Conclusion:The two treatment methods of four head muscle and PNF stretch femoral four head muscle have therapeutic effect on patellar tendon terminal disease,but the effect of four head muscle of centrifugal training unit on patellar tendon terminal disease is better than that of PNF tensile femoral four head muscle.
