Objective:Knee joint is a common abnormal posture of lower limbs.Long-term development can lead to changes of the femoral joint pressure,the imbalance of soft tissue and biomechanics at both sides of the joint,and more likely to lead to the occurrence of knee osteoarthritis.It is important to further understand the changes of knee joint ’ s three-dimensional motion to prevent knee joint injury and reduce degenerative changes.On the other hand,the Kinesio Taping is used as a kind of commonly protection means for sports injury,which has the advantages of simple operation,convenience and practicality,and no allergy to air permeability,etc.But Kinesio Taping has very little research on the motor protection of knee joint in genu varus patients.Therefore,the influence of the Kinesio Taping of the intramuscular effect to the three-dimensional motion of knee joint without any symptoms is studied.Method:A total of 41 subjects were recruited and divided into control group,genu varus group and intervention group.The control group was the normal subjects,the genu varus group and the intervention group were the same group of knee varus subjects,and the subjects were familiar with the speed of 2km/h treadmill.The right knee joint of the control group and the genu varus group were treated with KneeKG real-time 3D knee.Joint function evaluation system testing,then the right knee joint of the intervention group was evaluated again after the kinesio taping intervention was done and the three dimensional motion parameters(flexion / extension,varus / valgus,external rotation / internal rotation angle)in different gait were evaluated and analyzed with SPSS 19 software.Result:1.Compared with the control group,the results showed significant difference compared with the control group(P <0.05);2.Compared with the right knee joint of the control group and the knee varus group,the varus angle at the end of the loading stage was obviously increased and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05)between the right knee joint and the right knee joint in the heel of the foot;3.compared with the knee joint in the genu varus group and the intervention group,when the right knee joints were on the floor,there was a significant difference in the change of the end bearing varus(+)/ eversion(-)movement angle(P<0.05),and the inversion angle of the intervention group had a decreasing trend compared with the knee varus group;4.There was significant difference between the right knee joint and the right knee joint of the treatment group and the right knee joint of the intervention group(P< 0.05);5.There was a significant difference between the knee varus group and the control group in the change of the angle of the right knee joint in the foot following the ground rotation(P < 0.05)and the tendency of decreasing.Conclusion:1.Kinesio Taping has positive impact on knee varus in weight-bearing stage varus movement but failed to reach the full correction effect;2.in this study the Kinesio Taping on the knee stick walking in the right knee joint varus flexion motion and rotary motion of no effect. |
