| Objective:A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted on the basis of the systematic determination of the subhealth population with simple Yang deficiency constitution through the medication(Zhengyang ointment).In order to provide clinical data for the prevention and treatment of simple subhealthy Yang deficiency,the effects of Zhengyang ointment on the quality of life and the changes of infrared thermogram were observed and analyzed in order to provide clinical data for the prevention and treatment of simple subhealthy Yang deficiency constitution.In order to promote the clinical application.Methods:(1)Group: 64 subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 32 cases in each group.(2)Methods: the treatment group was given Zhengyang ointment conditioning and health propaganda and education.Zhengyang ointment was taken twice a day,30 g each time,and fasting warm boiled water was taken for 60 days as a course of treatment.Patients in the treatment group were told not to eat raw and cold products within 1 hour before and after taking the cream.Do not take with other Chinese medicine.Health education content: scientific diet,routine,moderate exercise,mood.The control group was given only excipients and health propaganda and education,and the supplementary materials were taken in the same way as Zhengyang ointment.The course of treatment was 60 days in both groups.(3)Indexes of observation: the quality of life scale SF-36 and infrared thermogram were collected on the first day,the 31 st day and the 61 st day before conditioning in the two groups.Results:(1)the effective rate of physique improvement scale was 70.00 and that of infrared thermogram was 60.00.The effective rate of control group was 16.67,and that of infrared thermogram was 10.00.(2)Comparison of general data: There were 14 males and 16 females in thetreatment group,16 males and 14 females in the control group.The average age of the treatment group was 46.87 ±17.36,the average age of the control group was 47.37±16.18,the age difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P= 0.909),the age distribution of the two groups was not statistically significant(P <0.05),the difference between the two groups was comparable.(3)Control group: One day before conditioning,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scale(SF-36)and infrared thermogram(stomach temperature,du pulse temperature)between the two groups(P > 0.05).On the 31 st day and the 36 th day,the average level of the transformation score of Yang deficiency constitution scale in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the average level of the integral of the SF-36 quality of life scale in the control group was higher than that in the control group,and the infrared thermogram(stomach temperature and du pulse temperature)was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P > 0.05).(4)Before and after two groups of self-control: In the treatment group,the scores of SF-36 quality of life(QOL)and infrared thermogram(stomach temperature,du pulse temperature)were significantly different between any two days(31 days and61 days before the first day)(P < 0.05),while in the control group,the scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the control group on the 1st day(31 days)and 61 days(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the average level of infrared thermogram(stomach temperature,du vessel temperature)between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Zhengyang ointment can effectively regulate the simple Yang deficiency constitution sub-healthy population,can be used in clinical.(2)the scale integral of Zhengyang ointment is more sensitive than that of infrared thermogram. |
