| In recent years,Chinese economic growth entered into the important transition period.Especially after the 19th CPC National Congress,general secretary xi proposed Our country is in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and also in the critical stage of economic restructuring and reforming.At the same time,it is also a critical period for China to enter into the developed country from the middle-income country.We should always guard against the huge curse of "middle-income trap",To overcome this trap,the core is to rely on technological progress,the technological progress is dependent on the cultivation of talents.It depends not only on the quantity of talents,but also on the quality of talents,namely the quality of human capital.People’s own knowledge,ability and health are important factors affecting the quality of human capital.Therefore,the physical and mental health of human beings is also an important factor for the quality of human capital.In recent years,prevention and control of infectious diseases has been a key part of promoting student health management.This is not only related to the health of students,but also related to the long-term economic growth and stability of a region or a country.To do the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,we must first understand the current status of infectious diseases,and secondly,we should understand the related factors that affect the incidence of infectious diseases.In this paper,we use the data from Yushu health dream assessment project.this project was carried out in August to September 2016.The research in Yushu Tibetan Autonomous prefecture of Qinghai Province,which includes 1 city(Yushu)and 4 counties(Zaduo,Nang Qian,Chengduo,Zhiduo)for a total of 54 schools do a questionnaire.Including 47 primary schools and seven middle schools,A class was randomly selected from each grade as a sample class(primary school:Grade 3-6,middle school:grade 7-9).Taking 6656 students from these 54 schools as the research object of this paper.In addition,statistical methods were used to process and analyze the data in the survey.Descriptive statistics and regression analysis were performed using STATA 14.1 software.Using percentage,mean and chi square in describing statistical analysis.In the regression analysis,the related factors that affect the incidence of infectious diseases in Yushu area were analyzed.The results show that:(1)The main infectious diseases affecting the health of primary and middle school students in Yushu area are tuberculosis,hepatitis B and echinococcosis,incidence rate of these diseases are high,the prevalence of tuberculosis is 23.1%,the prevalence of hepatitis b is 22.5%,the prevalence of hydatid disease is 27.2%,the overall prevalence of infectious diseases is 44.9%.It is obviously higher than the other areas in China.(2)The findings of this study suggest that the poor health behaviors of primary and secondary school students in Yushu are the reasons leading to the high prevalence of infectious diseases among primary and secondary school students in this area.(3)The greater of age,lodging,drinking unboiled water,poor family economic conditions and low education level of fathers will increase the risk of infectious diseases;In addition,washing hands before meals and vaccinating can reduce the risk of infectious diseases;at the same time,the risk of infectious diseases can be effectively reduced by setting up 2 health education classes per week,setting up hand washing pool in schools and providing detergent for washing tableware.(4)The main factors that affect the incidence of tuberculosis among primary and middle school students in Yushu are:The greater of age,lodging,poor family economic conditions,and low education level of parents,will increase the risk of tuberculosis;Regular hand washing,vaccinations,2 health education courses at school per week and a special hand washing pool in schools can effectively reduce the risk of tuberculosis.(5)The main factors that affect the incidence of hepatitis B among primary and middle school students in Yushu are:Sex is male,the greater of age,the hospitalization of life in the family will increase the risk of hepatitis B;The risk of hepatitis B is effectively reduced by vaccinating hepatitis B vaccine,setting up 2 health education courses every week,setting up a special hand washing pool and providing detergent.(6)The main factors that affect the incidence of echinococcosis among primary and middle school students in Yushu are:The greater of age,lodging,the poorer the economic conditions in the family,will increase the risk of echinococcosis;washing hands regularly after going to the toilet,setting up 3 health education courses per week,providing tap water,setting up a special hand washing pool and providing detergent,can effectively reduce the risk of echinococcosis. |
