Background and Objectives:With the decline of body function and the decline of resistance, the elderly are often associated with chronic underlying diseases, and community-acquired pneumonia is a disease of the elderly. But due to the particularity of the elderly,so the elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia, often ill symptoms are not typical, and more complications, prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,to delay or even life-threatening illness. Therefore this study to investigate the elderly community-acquired pneumonia of TCM syndrome distribution, and explore the syndrome between white blood cell count, percentage of neutrophils, lymphocytes percentage, calcitonin original,c-reactive protein, etiology examination and the distribution regularity of chest imaging examination, provide objective basis for clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation,to guide the elderly community-acquired pneumonia prevention and treatment.Method:Collection 124 patients of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of respiratory medicine diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia and older than 60,included in the standard of the patient's medical records, according to patients' medical records were analyzed.Result:The clinical symptoms of elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia are mainly fever, chills, cough, phlegm, limb fatigue, stuffy running nose, headache and sore throat. The tongue is mainly red tongue, dark red tongue, pink tongue,Light dark tongue; The tongue fur is mainly yellow and greasy fur and white and greasy fur.The pulse is mainly composed of wiry slippery puls and slippery pulse.About half of the elderly had leukocyte count, and the percentage of neutrophils was normal.About 70% of the elderly lymphocyte percentage was <40%;About 60% of the elderly had increased calcitonin, and about 80% of the elderly had elevated c-reactive protein.Only about 30% of the patients examined the blood gas analysis, which was mainly hypoxemia.Imaging data showed that pneumonia was mostly confined to the double lower lung, which was localized in the left lower lung and limited to the right lower lung.More than 50% of the patients did not detect the pathogen, and most of the patients detected mycoplasma infection. In terms of anti-infective treatment, only 9 patients treated with pure Chinese medicine, more than 50% of the patients chose the respiratory quinolone antibiotics, mainly moxifloxacin and levofloxacin. The most common syndromes are two kinds of syndrome: phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome and phlegm turbidity blocking lung syndrome.Conclusion:1.The main pathological manifestations of fever and phlegm in elderly community acquired pneumonia.2.The common syndromes of acquired pneumonia in the elderly community are phlegm-heat obstructed lung syndrome, and three types of lung syndromes and phlegm obstructive pulmonary syndrome.3.There was no significant difference in the distribution of syndromes of acquired pneumonia in the elderly community in this study,as well as white blood cell count, percentage of neutrophils, calcitonin and imaging. There was no obvious fever in syndrome of deficiency or phlegm as the main pathological manifestations.4.The pathogen detection rate of acquired pneumonia in the elderly community is in line with the overall detection rate of pneumonia pathogen, and the etiology is consistent with the epidemiological data of community-acquired pneumonia.5.In the basic treatment of acquired pneumonia in the elderly community,it is recommended to treat oxygen with low flow rate and improve blood gas analysis.
