With the increasingly fierce competition in the medical market in China,the importance of human resources management is increasing.As a logistics service system attached to enterprises,state-owned enterprises hospitals want to maintain the vitality of keeping pace with the times,the key is the ability to occupy the talents and to update the knowledge structure of talents.However,most state-owned hospitals are facing the problem of talent shortage,and the staff training system is not perfect,which makes the development of state-owned hospitals facing a bottleneck.Taking ZK hospital as the research object,starting from the related concepts and theories of staff training,this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures of staff training in the hospital.The article first discusses the relevant training theories and research results both at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the questionnaire and interview content,this paper analyzes the problems existing in ZK hospital staff training and points out the reasons for the problems.Finally,combined with the current training system in the hospital,it tries to put forward some rationalization proposals to improve the training of ZK hospital staff,including improving the understanding of the training of the hospital management,improving the training system,strengthening the training demand analysis,strengthening the support and guidance of the hospital culture to the training.The conclusion of this paper is that ZK hospital is essential for sustainable development and core competitiveness.Only by improving the working ability and working level of the existing staff can the hospital maintain its vitality in the attack of public hospitals and private hospitals.At the same time,how to establish a learning organization with good learning atmosphere and guide employees to establish the concept of lifelong learning is also a problem that hospitals should consider.It is hoped that through the study of ZK hospital staff training,the advanced theoretical research results at home and abroad are applied to the training system of state-owned enterprises,to solve the problem of ZK hospital staff training and to improve the competitiveness of the personnel of the hospital.
