Research On The Ethical Anomie Of The Doctor-patient Relationship And Its Countermeasures

In recent years,the relationship between doctors and patients in medical service has been strained,medical disputes have increased and mutual trust has not been enough.Although the situation of doctor-patient relations in our country is better,the problem of doctor-patient relationship has been improved in a corresponding degree,but in a few areas,the occurrence of medical incidents is still frequent.The ethical anomie of doctor-patient relationship is mainly manifested in four aspects: the anomie of some doctors’ professional ethics,the lack of medical and patient integrity,the disregard of the dignity of some doctors and patients and imbalance between the rights and obligations of doctors and patients,which have caused the infringement of the medical rights and interests of the patients,the personal safety of the medical staff,and the destruction of the medical environment.The main reasons for the ethical anomie of the doctor-patient relationship are as follows: first,the medical and patient "information asymmetry",that is,the information asymmetry between the medical staff and the patient is an objective fact,and the long-term persistence will lead to the "adverse selection",even "moral hazard";second,the medical system mechanism is not perfect,the medical department body is not perfect.The Department is too concentrated,the doctor’s treatment is too low,the doctor’s personal medical ethics is flat,the service quality of the hospital personnel is poor,and so on.Third,The lack of administrative ethics in the hospital management department,on the one hand,it is the weak sense of service of the administrative medical staff,on the other hand,the ethical anomie caused by the distortion of the value orientation.On the one hand,doctors have not done their own duty or medical technical problems.On the other hand,doctors have done their duty to provide necessary medical services for the patients;fourth,Lack of effective communication between doctors and patients,on the one hand,lack of correct understanding,on the other hand,the medical and patient communication law enforcement measures are not perfect,and the technical communication is more,the non technical communication is less.Fifth,the negative effect of the news media,the views of many media workers are more irritable,originallya few medical staff.Behavior problems exist,but magnify them to the whole practitioner’s industry.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the ethical anomie of doctor-patient relationship.First,we should give full play to the leading role of the government,improve the medical and health system,increase the input of social medical treatment,strengthen the supervision of the medical institutions and improve the medical management system of the hospital.Second the relationship between the rights and obligations of the doctors and patients should be clearly defined;Third,improve the professional moral quality of medical staff,improve the professional level of doctors,improve the moral quality of medical staff,and encourage doctors to give great humanistic care;fourth,improve the quality of the patient’s ethics and law,enhance the knowledge of the disease,the basic education of the legal knowledge,and improve the medical treatment of the patients.Learning ethics cognition;the fifth to strengthen the communication between doctors and patients;and sixth to give full play to the positive effect of the news media.
