Based On Data Mining, We Explored Professor Cui Xiangning's Medication Experience In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Anxiety And Depression

Objective:By collecting effective medical records of Professor Cui Xiangning in the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression,collating the data,using modern data mining techniques to mine it,the clinical experience and clinical features of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression.The research will provide experience and ideas for future clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression.Methods:Collecting 160 patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression(607 consultations)from August 2017 to January 2019,meeting the inclusion,exclusion criteria and efficacy criteria,and treating them at Professor Cui Xiangning,Department of Cardiology,Guang’anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences And give Chinese medicine prescription.Specifically,first,develop a structured template medical record to record the hand-written medical records of patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression,and use Microsoft Excel 2016 to establish a database for all qualified case information,and review the database,verify and correct the changes.Then lock it.Then through the data mining analysis module of the ancient and modern medical cloud platform client(V1.5).the original data locked in Excel is subject to TCM four diagnosis and Chinese medicine standardization correction.Descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze the frequency,frequency analysis,and frequency of standard medical records(sex,age,clinical symptoms,tongue image,pulse,TCM syndrome,prescription medication,and drug four-way,five-flavor,return,efficacy,etc.)Analysis of association rules.Through medical data big data analysis platform,cluster analysis,points mutual information analysis and TCM complex relationship analysis system(Liquorice software)were used to explore the rules of traditional Chinese medicine-type syndrome-symptoms in the standard medical
