The Clinical Study Of Heart Guidance Combined With Linggui Shugan Decoction On RAAS System Intervention In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: to study the effect of heart guidance combined with linggui zhugan decoction on the RAAS system in patients with chronic heart failure,and to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of this method in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods: A total of 60 patients with stable chronic heart failure and Yang deficiency syndrome were selected and divided into three groups(A,B and C)by random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.Group A received conventional treatment with western medicine;Group B was treated with conventional western medicine + linggui zhugan decoction.In group B group C + heart guidance,on the basis of the three groups all 4 weeks treatment,observation of three groups of patients before and after treatment the RAAS system(PRA,Ang ?,ALD)value,the NT-proBNP value,LVEF,cardiac function classification,TCM syndrome integral,and the quality of life,in the case of a change then statistical treatment and comparison analysis,to evaluate the treatment effects of three groups.Results:1.After statistical analysis,there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease,comorbidity of disease,and cardiac function classification,indicating that the three groups were comparable(P >0.05).2.By comparing the data before and after the treatment,three groups of patients after treatment than before treatment of RAAS system(PRA,Ang ?,ALD)value,the NT-proBNP,LVEF,TCM syndrome integral,heart function grading,Minnesota,quality of life scores were improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Pairwise comparison between groups showed that group C was superior to group A and group B.Conclusion: heart guidance combined with linggui zhugan decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with heart failure,effective regulation of patients with RAAS system and nt-probnp endocrine factors,improve left ventricular ejection fraction,improve cardiac function and quality of life,and no obvious adverse reactions were observed in the process.
