Objectivity: To analyze the prognosis of patients with subacute granulomatous mastitis treated by cave debridement and to explore a treatment plan suitable for subacute granulomatous mastitis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.GLM's clinical decision making provides a more reliable evidence-based medical basis. Methods: The subacute patients who were treated by the Department of Breast Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of patient visit: group A was treated with pustules + cave debridement, group B.Suspension and excision. The main symptoms and signs(tumor size, pain level, laboratory examination, etc.)and breast appearance and recurrence rate before and after treatment were observed and recorded. Results: The total sample, age 19 to 42 years, mean age(28.06 ± 3.49)years;body weight 48 ~ 62 kg,average body weight(51.74 ± 2.75)kg;breastfeeding time 0 ~ 12 months, average breastfeeding time(7.87 ± 2.95)months;There were no significant differences in general data such as weight, breastfeeding time,etc.(P>0.05).After the cave debridement and incision were performed, the difference in breast shape and breast pain between the two groups was statistically significant(P value<0.05);after healing, group A and group B were in the breast. There was no significant difference in shape and breast pain surface(P value>0.05),but it was statistically different in terms of disease duration(P value< 0.05).In terms of breast function, the two groups were not statistically significant. In the total treatment, the total effective rate(95.92%),cure rate(61.22%)and clinical cure(34.69%)of group A were significantly higher than the total effective rate of group B(79.59%),cure rate(46.93%)and clinical cure(32.65%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Both the "cave debridement" and the incision and drainage are effective. For the "cave debridement",the total effective rate, cure rate and clinical cure rate are significantly higher than the open pus."Cave debridement" not only retains the advantages of surgical treatment, but also has the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. It is an effective treatment with small trauma, low recurrence rate, reduced pain and maximum retention of breast shape. The program is worthy of clinical promotion.
