Clinical Observation Of Cangfudaotan Decoction Combined With Warm Needling Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Insulin Resistance And Phlegm-dampness Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion on insulin resistance,phlegm-dampness syndrome and polycystic ovary syndrome,and explore its mechanism of action,to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of this disease.At the same time,it can promote the clinical application of Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion in the treatment of insulin resistance,phlegm-dampness syndrome and polycystic ovary syndrome.Method:This study selected gynecological outpatients from Futian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province,from January 2018 to December 2018.Sixty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were diagnosed as insulin resistance and phlegm-dampness syndrome.Number the patients according to their visiting time by using random number table,they were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the experimental group(Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion)and 30 cases in control group(metformin).The symptoms,body weight,menstrual status,serological indexes,color Doppler ultrasound results and total clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,observe its change.Result:1.Improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,The experimental group was better than the control group,there were statistical differences(P < 0.05).The menstrual cycle of the experimental group after treatment and the third month after drug withdrawal was significantly different from that before treatment(P < 0.05).2.Improving menstruation,The experimental group was better than the control group,there were statistical differences(P < 0.05).The menstrual cycle of the experimental group after treatment and the third month after drug withdrawal was significantly different from that before treatment(P < 0.05).3.Determination of Endocrine Hormones(LH,T),The menstrual cycle of the experimental group after treatment and the third month after drug withdrawal was significantly different from that before treatment(P < 0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group,there were statistical differences(P < 0.05).4.Adjustment of fasting blood sugar and fasting insulin,The menstrual cycle of theexperimental group after treatment and the third month after drug withdrawal was significantly different from that before treatment(P < 0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group,there were statistical differences(P < 0.05).5.Changes of ovarian volume and follicle number,The menstrual cycle of the experimental group after treatment and the third month after drug withdrawal was significantly different from that before treatment(P < 0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group,there were statistical differences(P < 0.05).6.On the Judgment of Therapeutic Effect of TCM Syndrome,The experimental group was better than the control group,there were statistical differences(P < 0.05).7.On the judgement of comprehensive curative effect,The experimental group was better than the control group,there were statistical differences(P < 0.05).8.Two groups of patients during treatment,There were no adverse reactions in the experimental group,but only one case in the control group.There was no statistical difference(P > 0.05).Conclusions:1.Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with warming acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance and phlegm-dampness syndrome,and it is not easy to recur after discontinuation.2.Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with warm acupuncture can significantly reduce serum T,LH/FSH,fasting blood sugar and fasting insulin levels,and regulate the disordered endocrine environment of patients.3.Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion can make follicles mature and ovulate,and prevent long-term complications in patients with insulin resistance,phlegm-dampness syndrome and polycystic ovary syndrome.4.Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion has no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of insulin resistance polycystic ovary syndrome with phlegm-dampness syndrome.It has the advantages of high safety and non-toxic side effects.It has broad application prospects and is worthy of clinical promotion.
