ObjectiveDyslipidemia is a kind of disease which is caused by the disorder of lipid metabolism in the body.It is a common disease in the clinic and is closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.In this study,an epidemiological cross-sectional study is useing to study the distribution of the type of TCM syndrome of primary dyslipidemia,and to study the correlation between the TCM syndrome types and the various indexes of blood lipid,chemerin and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1).To explore the correlation between serum chemerin and blood lipid and ICAM-1 It provides microcosmic basis for TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of dyslipidemia,provides new index for clinical blood lipid examination,and provides new target for treatment of dyslipidemia and AS.MethodIn accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study,From April 2016 to December2017,150 patients with primary dyslipidemia and 25 healthy persons with normal blood lipid were selected from out-patients and inpatients of two Hospita.The general data and clinical symptoms of the subjects were asked in detail,blood pressure,heart rate and other vital signs were measured correctly,the observation scale of TCM syndromes was filled in,and the types of TCM syndromes were determined.The fasting venous blood was collected in the morning,the indexes of blood lipid and serum chemerin,ICAM-1,were measured and the data were analyzed.Result1 Among the 150 patients with dyslipidemia,96(64.0%)had a greasy diet preference,48(32.0%)had a history of smoking,and 47(31.3%)had a history of drinking.There were 16 cases(10.7%)who had never exercised,73 cases(48.7%)once a week,and 61cases(40.6%)≥3 times a week.In the normal group,there were 5cases(20.0%)with greasy diet,2 cases(8.0%)with history of smoking,6 cases(24.0%)with history of drinking,0cases(0.0%)with no exercise,and 2cases(1.0%)with smoking history,0 cases(0.0%)with no exercise,and 2 cases(1/2)with history of smoking.There were 3 cases(12.0%)per week and 22 cases(88.0%)≥3times a weak.There were significant differences in diet habit,somking,history,erercise frequency,weight,waist circumference and BMI between dyslipidemia group andnomal group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in drinking hiatory and basic vital signs between dyslipidemia group and normal group(P>0.05).2 In150 patients with dyslipidemia,the highest frequency of phlegm-turbid arrest syndrome was 38 times(25.3%),followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome 36 times(24.0%),spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome 31times(20.7%),liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome 26 times(17.3%),and blood stasis syndrome 36 times(24.0%),spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome 31 times(20.7%).The syndrome of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity 19 times(12.7%),the syndrome of stagnation of phlegm and turbid blood,the syndrome of stagnation of qi and blood stasis,the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang are the main syndrome types of dyslipidemia in traditional Chinese medicine.Among the patients with dyslipidemia,101 cases were male and 49 cases were female.The frequency of phlegm suppression syndrome(27cases)was the highest in male patients,and 13cases were mainly qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(13cases)in female patients.Spleen in patients with normal weight The kidney yang deficiency syndrome(8cases)was the most frequent,the overweight patients(27cases)was the most common syndrome,and the obese patients(10cases)had the highest frequency of phlegm stagnation syndrome(10 cases).3 There were differences in blood lipid level among various TCM syndrome types(P<0.05).The contents of TC,TG and LDL-C in liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome and yin-deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome were low,the content of TC,TG in phlegm-turbid suppression syndrome was the highest,the lowest in spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome and the lowest in liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,and the lowest in liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome.The content of TC,LDL-C and HDL-C was the highest in phlegm-turbid suppression syndrome and spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome,but there was no significant difference among different syndrome types(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in TG content between phlegm turbid suppression syndrome and liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome and yin deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome(P<0.05).4 According to the chemerin level from low to high arrangement into Yin deficiency Yang hyperactivity syndrome<liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome<spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome<Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome<phlegm and turbid suppression syndrome group,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.The level of chemerin between Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome and phlegm turbid suppression syndrome was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 The levels of ICAM-1 in all groups were arranged from low to high:Yin deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome<liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome<spleen yang deficiency syndrome<qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome<phlegm and turbid suppression syndrome group,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.There was a significant difference in the level of ICAM-1 between Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome and phlegm turbid suppression syndrome(P<0.05).6 There was a significant positive correlation between serum chemerin and TG,weight,BMI and waist circumference,and there was a negative correlation between ICAM-1 and HDL-C,and a positive correlation between ICAM-1 and age.There was a positive correlation between serum chemerin content and ICAM-1.7 There was a significant positive correlation between serum chemerin and TG,weight,BMI and waist circumference,and there was a negative correlation between ICAM-1 and HDL-C,and a positive correlation between ICAM-1 and age.There was a positive correlation between serum chemerin content and ICAM-1.Conclusion1 Diet habit,smoking history and exercise times are closely related to the occurrence of dyslipidemia.Healthy and orderly living habits can prevent the occurrence of dyslipidemia.2 The TCM syndrome of dyslipidemia is mainly phlegm-turbid resistance syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome,while the liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome and yin-deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome are relatively few.Male patients were mainly phlegm stagnation syndrome,female patients were qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.The spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome was most common in the normal weight group,the qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome was dominant in the overweight group,and the phlegm turbid suppression syndrome was the main one in the obesity group.3 The contents of TC,TG and LDL-C in the patients with phlegm stagnation syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome were significantly higher than those in the other two groups.4 The contents of chemerin and ICAM-1 in serum were the highest in phlegm stagnation syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,but lower in yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome and liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.5 Serum chemerin was positively correlated with TG and BMI,while ICAM-1 was negatively correlated with HDL-C and positively correlated with age and diastolic pressure.There was a positive correlation between serum chemerin content and ICAM-1.
