Correlative Research On 134 Patients With Idiopathic Oligospermia And TCM Physical Identification

Background:In recent years,it has been reported that the semen quality of men is declining year by year.With the improvement of people undefined s living standards,especially the opening of the second child in the country,the problem of fertility has attracted more and more attention.The growing demand for fertility and the declining quality of sperm are a wake-up call for the vast majority of male brethren.According to the World Health Organizations about 15 percent of couples of childbearing age worldwide have childbearing problems,compared with even higher rates in developing countries.In infertile patients,infertility due to male problems accounts for half of them.It has become a hot topic to treat male infertility from the point of view of physique of traditional Chinese medicine.Physical differentiation of symptoms and signs provides a relatively constant pathogenesis and course of change for male infertility.However,at present,most of the related studies are in southern cities,and there are no relevant literature reports on the physique distribution of m ale infertility patients in the capital area.Objective:to explore the distribution and analysis of physiologic identification of idiopathic oligozoospermia patients in order to provide evidence for the application of physique differentiation to male infertility and to guide clinical practice.Methods:from March 1,2018 to March 1,2019,134 patients with idiopathic oligozoospermia diagnosed as idiopathic oligozoospermia in the outpatient department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital from March 1,2018 to March 1,2019 were collected.The age range is 23 to 48,and most of the patients are 31 to 35.Collect the Chinese medicine constitution survey scale and the self-made male fertility questionnaire.The semen routine results of the patients were collected and recorded in the laboratory(if there were multiple tests,the best semen routine prior to taking the medicine was the best).The distribution characteristics of TCM constitution types and the statistical relationship between physical and chemical indexes of semen and physique types of TCM were analyzed by statistical analysis.Results:1134 male infertile patients were diagnosed as idiopathic oligozoospermia.According to the constitution questionnaire of these patients,there were 23 cases of single constitution,accounting for 17.16%of the total,the remaining 111 cases were mixed biased constitution,a total of 394 physique appeared.According to the frequency of physique appearance,it was found that there were basically distribution in 9 kinds of constitution,and the patients with higher frequency had phlegm dampness,qi depression,dampness and heat and deficiency of qi.It can be concluded that the main constitution types of infertile men due to idiopathic oligozoospermia are biased towards phlegm-dampness,qi-depression,damp-heat and qi-deficiency.The distribution rates of the major physique types were phlegm-dampness(18.36%),Qi-stagnation(16.59%),damp-heat(12.64%),Qi-deficiency(11.94%),Yang-deficiency(10.05%)and Yin-deficiency(9.87%).Blood stasis(8.36%),pacification(7.94%)and special endowment(4.25%).In 2134 patients with idiopathic oligozoospermia,independent sample t-test was used to compare the statistical correlation between age and BMI among different physique patients.The results showed that there was statistical correlation between phlegm-wet constitution patients and BMI(P<0.05).Other major physique and BMI,age and constitution,P>0.05,there was no significant statistical significance.The results of rank su.m test and t-test showed that there was no significant difference between the main constitution and sperm concentration,total sperm motility,sperm forward motility and sperm deformity rate(P>0.05),which indicated that there was no significant difference between the main constitution and sperm concentration,total sperm motility,sperm motility and sperm deformity rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:the main biased constitution of male infertility patients with idiopathic oligozoospermia is phlegm-dampness,qi-depression,damp-heat and qi-deficiency,and there is statistica l correlation between phlegm-dampness constitution and high BMI index.Qi-depressed constitution may be related to sexual disharmony.There may be no significant difference between physicochemical indexes and physique in patients with idiopathic oligozoospermia..
