The Clinical Observation Of Shengban Ointment In The Treatment Of Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia (yin Deficiency, Fire Wang And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of sheng ban gao in treating primary immune thrombocytopenia(Yin deficiency,fire and blood stasis syndrome).Method:Through the random number table method conform to the conditions of the object of study can be divided into the treatment group and control group containing 15 people,the treatment group was sheng ban gao with prednisone therapy,the control group was only to prednisone treatment,each time all is 2 months,the two groups in total effective disease,platelet count,compare before and after Chinese medicine symptom integral,etc,at the same time and monitoring of liver and kidney function,fasting blood glucose change,gastrointestinal tract reaction,and so on and so forth.Results:In terms of disease efficacy,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 86.7%and 73.3%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05.In the improvement of TCM symptoms,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.3%and 60%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.In terms of platelet count,there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05.In terms of TCM symptom scores,there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05.In terms of the effect on liver function,renal function and fasting blood glucose,there was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05.There was a significant difference between the two groups in gastrointestinal reactions,P<0.05.Conclusion:(1)the combination of Sheng ban gao and prednisone in the treatment of ITP,on the basis of its safety,to ensure the certainty of its efficacy.(2)combined treatment of ITP with Sheng ban gao and prednisone can significantly increase the level of peripheral blood Platelet countt in patients,and achieve the goal of stabilizing and controlling the disease.(3)combined treatment of ITP with Sheng ban gao and prednisone can play a synergistic effect,which can maintain the curative effect of the disease,improve the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the adverse reactions of prednisone to the digestive tract,and have no significant effect on liver and kidney function and fasting blood glucose,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
