Clinical Observation Of Fangfengshenbaisan In Treating Cough Variant Asthma With Wind-dryness And Lung-invasion Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Fangfeng Shenbai powder on cough cariant asthma(CVA)patients with syndrome of wind-dryness invading lung,and its effect on major clinical symptoms,the Leicester cough Questionnaire(LCQ),and to compare the percentage of serum total IgE and forced expiratory volume(FEV1%)after treatment.confirmed that thesyndrome of wind-dryness invading lung curative effect and safety of CVA.To confirm the curative effect and safety of Fangfeng Shenbai powder in treating CVA of wind-dryness invading lung.Methods:Collected 90 csses according with the diagnostic criteria,then randomly divided into combined treatment group,Fangfeng Shenbai powder and Suhuang Zhike capsule group.The combined treatment group was given Fangfeng Shenbai powder plus Suhuang Zhike capsule.All were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms,LCQ,serum total IgE and FEV1% were observed before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the combined treatment group with Fangfeng Shenbai powder plus Suhuang Zhike capsule was the highest(96.7%),followed by the group with Fangfeng Shenbai powder alone(83.3%),and the group with Suhuang Zhike capsule alone(73.3%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in Fangfeng Shenbai powder and Suhuang Zhike capsule group(p<0.05).FEV1%improve the combination therapy group was obviously after treatment,Fangfeng Shenbai powder group,proprietary Suhuang Zhike capsule group again,statistically significant differences between(P < 0.05).Three groups after treatment can decrease serum total IgE(P < 0.05),the combined treatment group is better than the other two groups(P < 0.05),Fangfeng Shenbai powder group is superior to proprietary Suhuang Zhike capsule group.(P < 0.05).The total LCQ score and the respective scores of the three regions in each group after treatment were compared between the two groups(P< 0.05).The combined treatment group was superior to the other two groups(P <0.05),and Fangfeng Shenbai powder was superior to Suhuang Zhike capsule group(P< 0.05).Conclusion: The application of Fangfeng Shenbai powder in the treatment of patients with CVA of wind-dryness invading lung can reduce the clinical cough and other symptoms of patients,improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients,and no obvious adverse reactions were found,providing a reference for clinical treatment of CVA.
