Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the Sanqijiegu-pills to promote the tendonbone healing after the postoperative of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods: 70 patients consistent with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine symptomatic suppor. While the observation group was given the Sanqijiegu-pills orally on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks after operation. The observation period is 24 weeks, the changes of the Lysholm and IKDC scores after operation were compared, the diameter and enlargement rate of bone tunnel under MRI were recorded,in addition, the adverse reactions were also monitored between the two group before and after operation.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to compare the differences between and within groups. Results: During the study,2 patients in the control and 3 patients in the observation group were absent. Finally, there were 65 patients fulfill study. There was no statistically significant difference in general data between two groups(P>0.05).At 24 weeks after the operation, the knee joint function score and ligament function score were superior to those of the control group before and during the same period, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).At 24 weeks after operation, the distal diameter of the tibial tunnel in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group at the same time, and the expansion ratio of tibial tunnel was lower than that in the control group at the same time, the differences is of statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no statistics differences in the incidence of post-operative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).According to the evaluation criteria of this study, the curative effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: The Sanqijiegu pills can promote tendon-bone healing process, the recovering of knee joint and further improving the quality of patient’s life, which obtaining a better clinical curative effect.
