The Clinical Study Of Jiajiangan Compound In The Treatment Of Liver Damage Caused By Adjuvant Chemotherapy After Breast Cancer Surgery

Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of liver function injury induced by adjuvant chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery with addition or subtraction of liver compound.Methods: 45 cases of patients with breast cancer postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in the affiliated hospital of hunan academy of Chinese medicine were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=22)and the treatment group(n=23).The control group dropping pill in oral biphenyl ester,the treatment group oral biphenyl dropping pill double ester,and to add and subtract compound medicinal broth,liver function index by comparing the two groups,Chinese medicine symptom curative effect,life quality and safety testing,etc,the curative effects and side effects of the size have difference,such as to the comparative analysis,and observe the patient's blood before and after the treatment,routine urine and dung and electrocardiogram,renal function and other indicators of change,security analysis.Results:Liver function indicators: liver function indicators of the two groups were better after treatment than before treatment,and AST,ALT and TB of the two groups had statistical significance(p < 0.05)after1 week of treatment,while AST,ALT and TB of the two groups had no statistical significance(p > 0.05)after 2 weeks of treatment.In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment,the TCM syndromes score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant statisitical significance(p < 0.05).Security in curative effect evaluation: before and after treatment in treatment group and control group in patients with routine blood,urine,feces,renal function and electrocardiogram measure are not found obvious abnormality,and patients did not use special upset,that add and subtract liver compound joint biphenyl double ester has no obvious adverse reaction,with good security.Conclusion: by comparing the two groups of liver function index,TCM symptoms curative effect,life quality and safety testing,etc.,that add and subtract liver compound joint biphenyl double ester dropping pill on postoperative liver function injury caused by chemotherapy of breast cancer has obvious curative effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of discomfort,patients with TCM symptom score,and no obvious side effects,worthy of clinical promotion.
