A Clinical Study Of Lung Compound In The Treatment Of Advanced Lung Adenocarcinoma With T790M-negative Qi And Yin Deficiency And Internal Stagnation Of Toxin After Gefitinib Resistance

ObjectiveThis study aims to observe the efficacy of TCM lung compound in the treatment of patients(deficiency of Qi and Yin,internal stasis and toxicity)with T790 M negative advanced lung adenocarcinoma after gefitinib resistance.Methods60 patients during March 2018 to January 2019 in human institute of traditional Chinese medicine hospital oncology,confirmed by histology and cytology of lung adenocarcionma,TNM staging for stage IIIB and IV,resistance after gefitinib,with plasma free DNA ARMS assay proved T790 M negative,and TCM type of deficiency of Qi and Yin,internal stasis and toxicity,SPSS21.0 software was used to randomly generate 60 numbers,which were divided into observer group 30 cases and control group 30 cases,and the control group used endogenous field tumor thermotherapy,the observation group used TCM lung compound,both groups received treatment for 4weeks as a course of treatment until the disease progression was stopped.The disease progression of the two groups was observed,and the TCM symptoms,immune function and quality of life of the two groups were followed up.ResultsThere were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,stage and degree of differentiation between the two groups(P>0.05);functional state score increased after treatment in both groups,while physical state score decreased after treatment in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,TCM syndrome scores of patients in both groups decreased,and the observer was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the stability rate of weight gain was 90% in the observation group,and63.33% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,CD3+?CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were all higher than those before treatment,with statisticallysignificant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05);PFS was compared between the two groups,the median survival time of the control group was 4 months,and the median survival time of the observers was 6 months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the d-dimer value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);clinical stage,differentiation degree,d-dimer and body weight had certain effects on the prognosis of advanced lung adenocarcinoma,among which clinical stage and differentiation degree were independent prognostic factors.No adverse reactions occurred in the observation group,and 1 case in the control group had scald.ConclusionsFor patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma with negative T790 M after oral administration of gefitinib resistance,traditional Chinese medicine lung compound can lengthen the disease-free progression period,improve patients` quality of life,reduce clinical symptoms,and have high safety,so it is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
