The Clinical Study Of Gufei Xiaoji Yin In The Treatment Of Stage Ⅲb-IV Senile Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma (deficiency Of Lung And Spleen, Phlegm, Blood Stasis And Poison)

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Gufei Xiaoji Decoction in the treatment of stage Ⅲb-IV lung squamous cell carcinoma(pulmonary spleen deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome),and provide reference for the clinical application of the prescription.Methods: Using a randomized controlled trial method,48 patients who met the conditions were arranged according to the order of treatment.They were divided into treatment group(24 cases)and control group(24 cases)by random number table grouping.Among them,24 patients in the treatment group were treated with Gufei Xiaoji Decoction and symptomatic supportive treatment for 8 weeks.In the control group,24 patients were treated with Xiaoaiping tablets and symptomatic supportive treatment.They were also treated for 8 weeks continuously.Disease control rate(DCR),TCM syndrome improvement,quality of life,and adverse reactions after completion.Results: In the treatment group,0 patients with CR,0 patients with PR,16 patients with SD,and 8 patients with PD,the disease control rate was 66.7%.Among the 24 patients in the control group,0 patients with CR,0 patients with PR,SD Nine patients had PD and 15 patients had a disease control rate of only 37.5%.Statistically,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).In the clinical syndrome of TCM,the effective rate of the treatment group was as high as 91.6%,while the efficiency of the control group was only 66.7%.Statistically,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group was improving the main syndrome(cough,cough): abdominal distension: chest tightness and shortness of breath),there is a greater advantage;KPS score,the treatment group increased significantly,while the control group decreased slightly,statistically,the difference was significant(P <0.05).In terms of quality of life assessment,the treatment group had an efficiency of 91.6%,while the control group had an effective rate of 62.5%.Statistically,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).There were no obvious blood routine,liver and kidney function,abnormal electrocardiogram,and no adverse reactions such as digestive tract reaction and rash.Conclusion: Gufei Xiaoji Decoction can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,stabilize tumors and delay disease progression,in the treatment of patients with stage Ⅲb-IV lung squamous cell carcinoma(pulmonary spleen deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome).Obvious adverse reactions can be used as one of the effective prescriptions for the treatment of lung cancer.
