Clinical Study Of Qishen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction In Treating Dilated Cardiomyopathy And Chronic Heart Failure With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Qishen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy patients with chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Sixty-four patients who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled.All patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control.32 patients in the treatment group and 32 patients in the control group.The control group received common Western medicine treatment.The treatment group was combined with Qishen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group,2 times a day,200ml each time.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The echocardiographic indexes[Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Left ventricular terminal systolic diameter(LVESD),Left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)],cardiac function grading and NT-proBNP were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the efficacy of TCM symptoms was evaluated.Result:After treatment,the functional efficacy of heart function was 90.63%in the treatment group and 78.13%in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The efficacy of TCM syndrome:treatment group The total effective rate was 87.50%,and the control group was 62.50%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The changes of cardiac ultrasound index:The LVEF of both groups increased,and the treatment group increased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05),LVESD and LVEDD were all decreased,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).NT-proBNP changes:NT-proBNP was decreased in both groups,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qishen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with Western medicine for the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy patients with chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.is better than Western medicine.
