Research On The Development Strategy Of Wuhai People's Hospital

China’s medical and health reform started in 2010 in pilot hospitals,trying to make public hospitals return to public welfare.In 2015,the General Office of the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on the Pilot Reform of Urban Public Hospitals.By 2017,the pilot reform of public hospitals will be carried out in an all-round way,focusing on the establishment of a graded diagnosis and treatment system,the abolition of drug additions,the deepening of medical insurance payments and the reduction of the cost of drug consumables.At present,with the deepening and expansion of medical reform,the traditional operation mode of "medicine for medicine" has been completely broken.Public hospitals are facing great pressure of reform.Facing more fierce competition in the medical market,how public hospitals develop in the medical and health reform to find an effective solution is the most important issue in the process of the new medical reform.At present,Wuhai People’s Hospital is a third-class first-class hospital,and a comprehensive hospital integrating medical treatment,preventive health care,first aid,scientific research and teaching.It undertakes the health care task of 600,000 residents in the city.The public’s demand for medical services is becoming more and more highly selective.Public hospitals need to be further improved in terms of scale and technical strength,which promotes public health.Establishing hospitals should abandon the traditional management mechanism,introduce new ideas,create new management mechanism and structure to improve the efficiency of operation and optimize and upgrade the economic structure,and seek an effective solution for sustainable development.This is an attempt of practical significance and breakthrough in the process of new medical reform.How to make use of the advantages of the third-class public hospitals in the current environment.It will be an important subject worthy of further study and exploration to expand the development of potential and technical forces.The study of how to consolidate their own advantages and fill the shortcomings in prevention,diagnosis and treatment,teaching and other aspects will contribute to the realization of the hospital’s strategic objectives and provide visible reference for other hospitals that are striving to develop.Based on the theory of strategic management and the tools of strategic analysis,according to the reality of Wuhai People’s Hospital,referring to the existing advanced development model in China,this paper makes an overall analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the hospital.It can put forward suggestions in line with the strategic planning of the hospital and provide reference for the reform and development of hospitals and public hospitals in China.
